Although every situation is unique, we are concerned about your recent dealings and have made several attempts to reach out privately. Yes. We believe our customer follow-up process is essential given today’s fast paced media driven world, but might be considered aggressive to some. Between our Business Development Center, Department Managers and Sales Team, every customer should expect to be contacted regarding their inquiry several times until they let us know how they prefer to communicate. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sale. It is a concern that your paperwork had to be revised several times in order to get the information correct. Unless there were requested changes, the process is transparent. You choose a vehicle you like, our team works numbers based on your provided information and deliver every customer a printed price sheet clearly stating the cost, incentives, rebates and any other information specifically related to the purchase. As you are aware, monthly payment and interest is based on an actual credit score pulled from three reporting sources including Experian, Equifax and Transunion. While we work with every customer, we base a great deal of our initial pricing on what a customer tells their salesperson and not actual credit scores; sometimes those numbers can be significantly different. With all offers, we stipulate that we are basing all quotes on the assumption that the customer’s actual credit score reflects that same or better than what has been quoted. Sometimes that is not the case and customers are asked to come back to re-sign paperwork. Our teams work hard every day to make sure we can meet the expectations of every customer and we understand that in all of our efforts a more clear explanation of our process could have helped to resolve much your frustration. We are disappointed that we were not able to come to a fair and favorable solution to your recent experience. Our offer is still open to discuss in detail your recent experience and provide a solution that is favorable to all.
