I worked with Eric W. This day was not a good day but after This day was not my favorite. However, we all are human and we make mistakes and although I was in tears becouse things changed multiple times without This day was not my favorite. Eric and the other guys name in finance ( sorry forgot his name) they admited to the faults we worked through them and the purchase was a go. I would defintly recommend some changes on the finance side to avoid future clients unhappiness. Even though the friend I bought the car for cussed me out in parking lot and has not spoke to me sense was very unhappy with the whole process. I apoligize for others who just don't understand morals, ethics and respect. Thank you for everything.
