Our experience at Lakeland Automall/Lakeland Ford on Sunday was fantastic! My husband and I both found our salesperson, Trey, to be wonderful. He greeted us at the door very politely just to make sure we knew where we were going and he began the experience off on the right foot just by doing that. Trey is very personable but does not come on too strong. He asks the right questions to feel out your needs and then offers some options without pressure. We had no intention of purchasing a Hyundai or any other vehicle that same day. Our mission was only investigatory. As you can see, Trey did an amazing job of explaining Hyundai's and Lakeland Automall's warranties and services. Because of his patience and the time he took to walk us through the whole process, never making us feel like our very restless 4 year old was a nuisance, he was able to build a future customer relationship not only for himself but also for Lakeland Automall/Ford. We also had the pleasure of working with Abu in financing. Despite the decreasing daylight Abu took his time to make sure we understood everything we were signing, never making us feel rushed or a like burden when we asked questions.
