On February 1st dropped explorer and F150 for service. Requested explorer be looked at for whistling sound coming from A pillar and or roof rack, as well as oil change. F150 transmission jerking between Requested explorer be looked at for whistling sound coming from A pillar and or roof rack, as well as oil change. F150 transmission jerking between gear changes, and also an oil change. To make a long story short I was charged a diagnostic fee for the A pillar recall even though they did not have the replacement part. I then discovered they had totally forgotten to change the oil. I was never advised there was a diagnostic fee nor did I approve such a charge. To make matters worse I was charged a 3% credit card fee (never advised I could pay cash or by check). Additionally the cashier accused me of insulting her with an “F” bomb which I never did. Needless to say I retrieved both of my vehicles, returned the following morning and complained to the service department manager who agreed to refund the charge. Will not be returning to this dealer. Will file a complaint with ford corporation and will be posting complaints and bad reviews for this dealer where ever I can. More
