Great overall staff of competent caring people here. During oil change (9-9-21) serviceman Gary noted leaves in engine compartment / cleaned out finding A/C filters clogged & musty odor. They had my car for five days. When I picked it up, there had been changes to my settings and the emergency brake system light was on, and the emergency brake engaged when I started it, which it never there had been changes to my settings and the emergency brake system light was on, and the emergency brake engaged when I started it, which it never did before. Took it back to the dealership in 1.5 hours. They said to come back today. All day without a car, dropped it off at 8:30 this am, now 5 pm. No word from them. Tried calling, but no one picked up in service dept. Called service manager number, left message, no return calls. Very frustrated by my assigned service dept manager staff person. More
