I made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. It took about an hour 1/2 the time it typically takes anywhere else. I always purchase the oil change package 2 for 145 on the Mopar website for my Ram 5.7 before going to any dealership. I recommend this dealership, employees are always friendly and helpful. I live in Pennsylvania and Florida, so I use 2 dealerships for services. When in Florida, Lake Wales is the only dealership i use for service.

The staff is professional and welcoming. The "RECALL" process and replacement of the defective part was explained throughly. Customer service is excellent.

I brought my jeep in for a diagnostic and they were unable to resolve the issue and still charged me $110.00. I was very disappointed. The staff was very friendly but the were unable to recreate the issue.

The manage at this dealership is amazing. He went out of his way to help me. I was in and out no wait at all. I'm a transplant from Bflo NY and wait times up there are ridiculous. I'll be coming back here again and again.
