Our dealership may have first opened in 2013 under our leadership, but Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is part of a family-owned organization whose roots stretch all the way back to 1966. It was then, over 50 years ago, that Ralph Mahalak Sr. opened his first Dodge dealership in Michigan. Running a bait and switch. Add on website said $2500 cash back and 90 days no payment. Of course this won't apply to what you want. I am not one to post reviews, but if I can save someone the headache it will be worth it. The service department at this place has been ridiculous. STAY AWAY! I purchased a brand new vehicle off the show r the headache it will be worth it. The service department at this place has been ridiculous. STAY AWAY! I purchased a brand new vehicle off the show room floor and it experienced a pressure crack in the windshield (known Jeep issue). Took it back to the dealer to be addressed. 3 months later, 4 trips to the dealership for updated pictures (others were lost), countless amounts of calls and the crack is growing with no resolution. Then to be told it was denied due to 12 months, 12000 miles. HA! My Jeep was purchased in May and I currently have 11,933 miles. It was in the 9000 range when the original claim was made. When you attempt to speak to management, the phone line just rings. No care for customer service! Now the Jeep has rear end noises and I can only image what that process will be. More

When I came to the Lake Wales shop I was greeted from a gentleman as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle very friendly. I spoke with the salesman all the specifications I wanted he assured me he would do t gentleman as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle very friendly.
