Our dealership may have first opened in 2013 under our leadership, but Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is part of a family-owned organization whose roots stretch all the way back to 1966. Was upset and they said it would take about 2 hours and it took 4 hours!! They couldn’t find what was wrong with my a/c and I told them and then ignore me!! Wanted to explore more but they said the charge it took 4 hours!! They couldn’t find what was wrong with my a/c and I told them and then ignore me!! Wanted to explore more but they said the charge for the labor $800 and I would have to leave my car but I asked can I get a rental and they didn’t have none! So I got charge $150 for a diagnostic they they didn’t do very well and took my money! Very upset!! No communications with me at all what they are going to do for the diagnostic! So very upset and the lady at the customer service was very very rude!! More
