Our salesman Mario was excellent! ! He worked with us on getting exactly what we wanted and when it was no longer available, he found one that had everything we wanted plus extras and ! They brought it over from another location the next day and Mario handled the window tinting and getting the side steps ordered and put on for us! We did have a set back on the side steps coming in but Mario saw that they were taken care of and ready before end of day! A week later everything we wanted done to our new Jeep had been done and completed excellently!! The Jeep looks awesome!! We can’t thank Mario enough for what he did for us!! More

Terrible experience. The sale went well and everything after the sale was horrible. They kept my license plate at the dealership and acted like I was crazy anytime I aske The sale went well and everything after the sale was horrible. They only gave me one key and kept telling me they had already given me a second key when they had not. Terrible communication between employees and with their customers. They give you the run around constantly. They offered a rental car until the vehicle I purchased was ready but the first rental car they gave me had broken windshield wipers, broken break lights, and flat tire. The next rental car they gave me I brought back after the low tire pressure light came on within minutes of driving away from dealership and they told me it was a broken sensor that wouldn’t turn off. The next day I got a flat tire and had to call someone to put the spare on during my commute to work. No one was apologetic. More
