Chris Robinson Is The Worst So let's get started. I searched for the vehicle that I wanted and found it here. I submitted the trade in value request through their website in the So let's get started. I submitted the trade in value request through their website in the evening and got the automated email response saying they would contact me very soon with the details. Two days go by and nothing. At this point I should have known to forget about it. Well I decided to try it again. Same automated crap. One day goes by and I decided to try another way. I submitted an electronic inquiry on the vehicle I wanted and this time I get an email from an actual person. I thought we are on the way now. Wrong. I replied to her email explaining my position and she said non problem. At this time I told her about the no respsonses with the trade I. And she blamed on the "system". We talked for a few moments and setup for me to come in that evening and begin working out the details to make the purchase. So at this point I sell my personal vehicle to put money down on the vehicle. Mind you this is my only vehicle. So I leave work and drive 40 miles to get my vehicle and proceed to drive another 40 miles to the dealership. I walk in speak to a salesman and tell him who I was. He is very pleasant and talks to another salesman behind a wall. He then comes out and says I am very sorry but the truck has been sold. NOT A SINGLE CALL DURING THE DAY ABOUT IT!! To say the least I was very mad and explains to the salesman the situation. He said sorry there was nothing he could do. So I walked out trying not to become an xxxxxx. He came out a few moments later offering some kind of gift card for the aggravation which I declined. Before leaving I decided to make an appeal with the sales manager, Chris Robinson, who turns out to be a complete xxxxxxx. Without a single look or attempt to actually help someone who wanted and needed to purchase a vehicle said he was sorry and there was nothing he could do. He was very smug and down right arrogant with me which outraged me greatly. I do understand that I was very aggravated and less then pleasant, but I believe they could have helped me some not even more but at least some. At no point would I or should any one else buy a single thing from these people until they replace that arrogant sales manager who doesn't seem to care about others. By the way I am still without a vehicle thanks to their unethical behavior. More
great deal on a Suburban found the Suburban I wanted on cargurus , they had it at lake wales, contacted them and was put in touch with Lenny Harter , I asked if they had any found the Suburban I wanted on cargurus , they had it at lake wales, contacted them and was put in touch with Lenny Harter , I asked if they had any room to negotiate , he emailed me a price, with in 1 day we were in agreement on a price, went to the dealership that weekend , drove the vehicle , looked over closely , while they prepared the paper work , with in an hour I was on my way back to st.pete 102 miles away , the savings were worth it, this is how car shopping should always be done. Horrible Communication, Incorrect Diagnosis, Never going bac My car was towed to this location on a Sunday night. They didn't even look at my car to see what was wrong with it until Tuesday. We called Monday to My car was towed to this location on a Sunday night. They didn't even look at my car to see what was wrong with it until Tuesday. We called Monday to check on the vehicle and they said they may not be able to look at it that day, but that they would be able to Tuesday. So, we called back Tuesday evening expecting an update. after calling several times and getting transferred over the phone from Winter Haven, I was told the car would be ready Wednesday. When I called again on Wednesday they told me they were waiting on another part (they did not tell me this Tuesday). I was told my car would be ready Thursday. When I called Thursday they told me the part was in, but had not been installed yet. I was told my car would be ready Friday. They offered me a rental through Enterprise through my own warranty. I finally got my car back Friday (they had it 5 days for minor repairs!). I paid my warranty deductible and another $100 to diagnose another issue. They wanted $500 to replace my spark plugs which they told me where the wrong kind, when in fact they were not. I have since replaced my spark plugs, which they charged me $100 to tell me that changing them would resolve the other problem, and the problem was not resolved. Basically, I paid $100 for incorrect information. The team took no initiative to call and give an update on the vehicle. Each day we had to call to check the status of the vehicle. Getting a hold of them was extremely difficult, and I usually had to call several times to speak with a person. When I finally spoke with someone I was often on hold for 10-20 minutes so they could "check on my car" which was within viewing distance of the phone.. It was a horrible experience overall. I drove away feeling frustrated and scammed. More
Service Department is Outstanding I was having a lot of problems with my Jeep Commander and had tried to take it to another shop to have it fixed. I was told due to the problem they wo I was having a lot of problems with my Jeep Commander and had tried to take it to another shop to have it fixed. I was told due to the problem they would not even look at it and I should visit the dealer. I was afraid to do this because I had always heard the dealership was a lot more expensive with repairs. I reluctantly went in and explained to the Service Manager, David, my situation and my fear of cost. He assured me that he would be very competitive in cost and would make sure my Jeep would be repaired properly. David came through with flying colors and I am so pleased with the results. I will definitely visit Lake Wales Jeep dealer with any future issues and for service on my vehicle. Kathy Quinn More

She got it in the shop and then came and told us tit was hoses and that they were not in stock. Very unhappy with her and we talked to the parts dept on Friday and they could overnight them and gave us an apt for Monday, January 18th @ 10 AM. When we arrived on Monday she ignored us and another gentleman Edy Marquez took care of our problem. It was not the hoses as she said, it was the radiator. They put the new one on that day. They provided transportation to our house and then came back and got us when the repair was completed. I have worked in customer service and you do not treat your customers the way she did... More

My husband and i were blessed with 3 babies and were in need of a different car for the kids. We went back to talk to Mr. Bowers in trying to find a solution.
