Worth The Long Drive! Although my drive was 123 miles each way from home and at first when I was about half way there I was questioning my drive decision. However, when I arrived I was pleased to see how nice this dealership looked. Looks aren’t everything for sure. I did have an appointment and when I walked in I was greeted and kindly welcomed by manager Harry. We spoke about what I was looking for and vehicle I was interested in. He then introduced me to several folks and then to Shane, sales person. Shane was outstanding and I took a liking to him in short order, as he seemed very sincere and certainly cordial and knowledgeable. Time spent with Shane was a good experience I was not expecting from a car dealership guy. There was no pressure and it was all factual and very helpful. Went for test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle I was there to see. Finance manager was fantastic too, which was not expected either, and I enjoyed chatting and swapping a few stories together. Again, Shane was excellent in his duties from beginning to time I drove off lot with my new 2018 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Shane made sure I was familiar with vehicle operation and getting my iPhone paired with the vehicles system before I made my long drive home. He even followed me to gas station and filled tank. The following morning I was contacted by Shane to see how my drove home was. I also received messaging from Danny, their online guy that I initially set appointment with to see how my drive home was and to ask if I was happy with the Renegade. My hat is off to all at Lake Wales Jeep for a great purchasing experience that was well worth the drive. Thank you. More
