I was there for almost 2 hours in spite of having an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation. I will try another Dodge dealership next time and if that fails, Jiffy Lube here I come. I made an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I asked when was the best time so I wouldn't have to wait long. When I got there they said about an hour.
