Our dealership may have first opened in 2013 under our leadership, but Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is part of a family-owned organization whose roots stretch all the way back to 1966. It was then, over 50 years ago, that Ralph Mahalak Sr. opened his first Dodge dealership in Michigan. Great overall staff of competent caring people here. During oil change (9-9-21) serviceman Gary noted leaves in engine compartment / cleaned out finding A/C filters clogged & musty odor. He fixed that & noted 'torn boot' on inspection report. Savannah M at service desk noticed & researched the boot & found that my guarantee would end in a few weeks (9-26-21).
