Our dealership may have first opened in 2013 under our leadership, but Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is part of a family-owned organization whose roots stretch all the way back to 1966. It was then, over 50 years ago, that Ralph Mahalak Sr. opened his first Dodge dealership in Michigan. Great overall staff of competent caring people here. During oil change (9-9-21) serviceman Gary noted leaves in engine compartment / cleaned out finding A/C filters clogged & musty odor. He fixed that & noted 'torn boot' on inspection report. Savannah M at service desk noticed & researched the boot & found that my guarantee would end in a few weeks (9-26-21). All good the only exception or I would have given 5 is the fact they did not fully honor the Affiliate Reward program they belong to due to inventory. A bite to the consumer. We recently had the pleasure of visiting Lake Wales Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. We were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler. We happened to spot one at Lake Wales CDJR and decided to check it out. The salesman, Joe Dusablon, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He never once applied pressure to buy the vehicle during the two trips we made to the dealership before making our decision. He answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable in his product. He made the transaction and experience completely seamless and stress free. My husband and I both agree that Joe Dusablon is quite possibly the best salesman we have ever encountered and we cannot thank him enough! We also want to give a shout out to the finance manager (we can't remember his name). He made financing a vehicle super easy and stress free! He was a pleasure to work with as well!! They had my car for five days. When I picked it up, there had been changes to my settings and the emergency brake system light was on, and the emergency brake engaged when I started it, which it never there had been changes to my settings and the emergency brake system light was on, and the emergency brake engaged when I started it, which it never did before. Took it back to the dealership in 1.5 hours. They said to come back today. All day without a car, dropped it off at 8:30 this am, now 5 pm. No word from them. Tried calling, but no one picked up in service dept. Called service manager number, left message, no return calls. Very frustrated by my assigned service dept manager staff person. More
