Our dealership may have first opened in 2013 under our leadership, but Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is part of a family-owned organization whose roots stretch all the way back to 1966. It was then, over 50 years ago, that Ralph Mahalak Sr. opened his first Dodge dealership in Michigan. I took my vehicle to an appointment with the service department due to a factory recall. It was suggested that I take a loan vehicle. I had planned on waiting for it, but didn’t realize the length of ti department due to a factory recall. It was suggested that I take a loan vehicle. I Brought my vehicle into there service center for an oil change and mechanic nipped my !!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Very Bad Business!!!!!!! I Brought my vehicle into there service center for an oil change and mechanic nipped my radiator and broke it for some reason. They replaced my factory radiator with an off market radiator and was told my vehicle fixed and ready.. Upon driving my vehicle home my car went to running hot so I turned back around and took it back to them just for them to say they forgot to replace my hose to radiator 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ I didn’t feel safe with them working on my vehicle anymore so I told them to transfer my car to Mercedes dealership and they refused to transfer my car and I was told that they fixed my car again and that I had to take my car back or I can trade it in. So I decided to look into trading my vehicle in to them in which they checked my credit 6 times which left multiple hard iniquities on my credit report.. So unfortunately I had no choice but to trade my dream Mercedes Benz truck in to them cause they hurt my credit report and I did not feel safe driving that vehicle again. I was not given any discount or any special discount on the vehicle I traded for or was not treated with the proper care I should have been treated with after there mistakes they made… I took my Dream car Into there professional mechanics for an simple oil change and left there with an ugly long dodge jeep truck.🤦♂️🤦♂️ They screwed me with no care in the world and the general manager was the one holding the screw driver🤷🏾♂️ Long as I love I will never in my life go back there I don’t care if I had to walk around I will never spend my money there or with other local dodge dealerships because it’s an family oriented business.. Tried to speak to HR department but never get an answer or never receive a phone call back after leaving multiple messages… Very bad experience with no remorse or sympathy from the service manager or from the general manager..
