I love Lake Norman CJD. The staff is always helpful and makes getting my car service a breeze. I always go to Lake Norman Chrysler to get all services completed on my vehicles. When i come in for services, the first person I look for is AJ & if he is not around, I have no problem waiting for him to completed on my vehicles. I trust him to get me in and our in a timely manner and he always comes through at every time. He doesnt try to sell me anything I know I do not need at the time and when I do need something extra, he explains to me why and takes me to my vehicle to show as to why I need that certain product. That right there is teriffic customer service. I highly recommend Lake Norman Chrysler for all serivce needs and I even recommend AJ more to address problems with your vehicle, because with him, you will get true honest customer service! More
I have purchased three cars from this dealer. My problems started with prior ownership when the former owners signed my wife up for a 7 year lease! We did not find out until we went to turn it in three years later. We then purchased a new Charger. The Charger failed to start on cold starts the first week we owned the car. The dealer was unable to fix this and my father-in-law who, at the time, was the VP of Engineering for Daimler-Chrysler, had to call a contact to get a specialist from another service dept to come and fix the car. This process took months and over 4 visits. We have taken our cars to this dealer for quotes on service only to compare them to other mechanics and found that they are on average 30% higher and the job is never complete on the first visit. This is by far the worst consumer experience I have ever had with any type of transaction! I do not know how this dealership can keep their rating? I believe it is because of the number of cars they have on the lot and not because of their ability to operate and manage a customer relationship. More

We have purchased 4 vehicles from Lake Norman cdj since 2005 when we purchased our first Dodge Ram 1500. In less than a year it got totaled in an accident. We then came back and purchased another Ram 1500 2005 when we purchased our first Dodge Ram 1500. In less than a year it got totaled in an accident. We then came back and purchased another Ram 1500 but used, still it was a great truck, and on the same day we traded our leased Dakota for a car in the used lot. We kept the car for about 3 years, then traded it for a new 2008 chevy Equinox. As luck would have it, this car too got totaled in Jan. of 2010. I went on line and found another Dodge Ram 1500 with very low miles on it and had everything we were looking for on a truck. I had fun haggleing with Jack for a little while but finally settled on a good price. Mark had been there to help us with each purchase. He's now considered a very good friend,(don't give up the bowling totally Mark.)We love going back to a place a few years later and finding the same wonderful person who helped you before to still be there and helping you again. I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to see all the nice folks at Lake Norman CDJ, from the receptionist, to the salesmen, to the finance people, and even the manager. Also the service guys who work hard with little credit,everyone there will make you feel welcome and part of the family. More
I went to LNCJD for regular maint.check on my P.T. cruiser. I saw the sales person who sold me the car, Willie and he greeted me as if we were old friends, I like that in a sales person,It was my birt cruiser. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know, From there service dept. to sales. Thanks to Willie and Amanda, now she can sign and seal your deal for you. Trust me from my cruiser to a Crossfire what more can I say,I picked up the Crossfire the next day , Amanda & Willie greeted me and said close your eyes and they walked me outside and there it was this beauty of a car, with a big red bow on top it was lovely,So if you see me in a Candy apple red Crossfire that would be me, toot your horn,what a great way to enjoy your birthday. I recently brought my 2006 Dodge 1500 to LNCJD for routine 60,000 mile service. I was greeted by Chuck Conner who informed of the process and procedure to complete this service.
