We know personally some of the technicians who explain what service the performed on our vehicles and what to expect from their work. They always point out problems that may develop later. You don't meet better people than Donna and Will in customer service as they greet us with a smile and explain our billing. We take the Jeep in for both regular oil changes and major repairs and Mr. Naranch always has the car ready when promised. The work is done correctly and in one instance when a faulty part was installed the corrective work was done with no hesitation or argument.
