He took the time, in the freezing cold, to explain the feature of the vehicle as well as asked what "I" was looking for...not what he wanted to sell us. She was professional and extremely knowlegeable and also explained the additional coverages available to me in detail. From the Receptionist (Dana) who greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel at home and is there at all times to make you are comfortable to the Owner (Jack) who makes sure that the customers are treated with the utmost care, I walked away feeling like I not only made a wise decision but gained new friendships along the way. A dealership is visited twice a decade to make purchases, but is visited numerous times during the year for service. What keeps me coming back to Lake Norman Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge? I've owned 4 new vehicles from this dealership - Terry keeps me coming back. Terry and the service team take time to go over the car with a fine-tooth-comb. Issues, if any, are brought to my attention and discussed clearly and honestly. The service work is superior; the team is friendly; the prices are fair and honest. The only issue is that the team keeps my cars running great ... so I don't have the opportunity to buy a new car as often :) Recently, Terry and team needed to do some major work on one of the older cars; a snowstorm delayed a part being delivered ... Terry kept me in the loop; I knew real-time information as it happened. I was never in the dark. The service turned out great - the 2002 vehicle drives like a 2010! Also, for some Due Bill work for a newly purchased vehicle, Josh and team have been absolutely great. I truly feel like I've gotten the white glove treatment from them! They've treated the work as though the vehicles were their own. All accessories have been installed, exceeding my expectations. Everything looks perfect. Lastly - the car washes are great - the guys do fabulous detail work ... the cars look new after every service - thank you for that! I've previously purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership; I just bought another two, a Challenger and Wrangler Unlimited. I spent more time researching these two vehicles than I spent researching dealership; I just bought another two, a Challenger and Wrangler Unlimited. I spent more time researching these two vehicles than I spent researching my last home purchase. Bottom line - Nate and Jamie are not salesman, they are Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge experts. These two folks spent a dozen hours-plus-plus, going over my choices, options, features, test drives, accessories, delivery times ... comparisons ... etc., etc., etc. Through numerous visits, I always felt like I had an advocate; they wanted me to buy the best vehicles for me, with no pressure - only guidance. And yes, they were patient when needed to explain certain features more than once. What is my end result? I have two new cars that fit my family's needs perfectly; I have the options I wanted with no compromises; I understand the operation of the added packages clearly; I was dealt with honestly; I paid a fair price; I was treated like family and I have no regrets. I have not stopped smiling - and that is due to the superior service given at this dealership. Also - the 'closing' process ... equally as painless. The discussion with Amanda on choices of warrantees, protection and service packages, etc., etc. was both informative and beneficial. I have the coverage that is right for me. No pressure, only guidance. The warrantee is best in the industry - period; and the service packages will assure me that the new driver in the house (and I) will get the all scheduled maintenance and oil changes every 3,000 miles done (we do not need to worry about paying in the future... I just did in the package). Lastly, the detail work. I don't know who these young folks were ... but the cars didn't even have a fingerprint on them when I drove them away - nice job guys. I feel that I've been treated like family, by people that like what they do ... and they do it well. Would I recommend this dealership and these folks to friends? Absolutely. Everyone I worked with including Tony and Amanda, with the finance department, were very helpful and professional. The day we signed everything took no longer than 30 minutes which is so out of the norm and Mark came in on his day off to make sure we received everything that we had expected. About a week earlier I had dropped by to tell LNCJD that I was interested in a third car, a small Jeep, for occasional use such as "getting out" when it snowed. A sales consultant listened. A few days later I dropped by and another salesman was familiar with my request. He told me of a pending trade-in that fit my request. A few days later, LNCJD called to say the trade had been made. They described the car (a 2002 Jeep Liberty) and although it was a bit beyond what I hoped to invest, it sounded ideal in other respects. The car was precisely what I had requested, including single ownership, milage range and size. It also happened to be exactly the model series I had hoped for (a Limited). Fifty years ago when I was in college, I sold cars during the summers. I know that interaction among salespersons and sales management is not always well-coordinated and open. At LNCJD it was remarkably so. Buying a car is not something I particularly enjoy as a rule, but this experience was quite satisfactory. The teamwork and good feeling among the sales force went a long way toward making it so. More
