We started looking for a good vehicle for our teenage daughter and found a 2008 Jeep Patriot on the inte staff at Lake Norman Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge!!! Brian called me the very next day and took time over the phone to explain the vehicle, options, and condition - and answered all of my questions. When we went to the dealership we found everyone to be extremely friendly and knowledgable - and took the time and patience to answer all of our questions about the vehicle (great complimentary cookies and soft drinks to boot)! They didn't use high pressure sales tehniques - rather just a straight forward approach to helping us find the vehicle we were looking for. When we decided on the Patriot, they were very fair and honest to deal with. My daughter loves her new Jeep Patriot - and I can say that Brian Cramer and Lake Norman Team were easy to do business with, very professional, and exceeded my expectations! WOW, where do I begin? Several years ago we purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from LNCJ and were fortunate enough to meet Mr. Saltzman. He was great in helping us to wrap up a deal! I did a lot of research before I ever stepped foot inside the Lake Norman Dealership. Several reasons for this was because I was buying my very first car and wanted to get myself a good deal, and secondly, the Lake Norman Dealership. Several reasons for this was because I was buying my very first car and wanted to get myself a good deal, and secondly, I didn't want to get taken advantage of because I am a younger woman who went to shop alone. I would say that I made at least 3 trips over the course of 8 months before I went ahead and bought my 2010 Jeep Compass. I was kindly greeted my very first time at the LN Dealership, by KJ. I knew from the very beginning that if I ever went back to close the deal, I wanted no one else but KJ. He was never once "pushy", he had a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable in his line of work. Aside from outstanding service from KJ, the rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or belittled. The facility itself is very new and clean. They even have a small cafe area to get food/beverage if you ever had to wait on an oil-change or your free car wash, etc! I came to Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge with the expectation of buying a used vehicle if anything at all due to my credit issues. After talking with Mark he kept telling me that he could get me into expectation of buying a used vehicle if anything at all due to my credit issues. After talking with Mark he kept telling me that he could get me into a brand new Jeep at a decent bank rate and I still had my doubts. Well Amanda worked out great financing and I did pick out a Jeep but I wanted leather interior in it so Mark said that Frank Sparrow could order the leather that I picked out and have it installed with the deal. They did everything for me beyond my belief and everyone that I came in contact with in the staff treated me great. This is not your typical car dealer treatment, they are doing it right. I have bought two vehicles from them in the past before my Jeep and when I get my next Jeep probably a Unlimited I will definately come back here to purchase even though I live 40 minutes away. I recently bought a 2010 Chrysler 300 from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and had the best car buying experience of my life. My husband and I were looking for a car to replace the minivan I had been driving for three years. As much as I loved the minivan features and the ease of it while our boys were babies, I was ready to get back into a car. We were looking at the Dodge Chargers and the Chrysler 300’s and had looked at other lots. I wanted to try out Lake Norman CJD since that is where we had bought our van and I am so glad we did. Not only did they have both cars that we wanted to look at, great prices on those cars and awesome features included – the part that really surprised us was the help we got from the associates. I say help on purpose because they were not typical “car sales people” but truly talked through the cars and the features and were honest with pros and cons on both based on what I was looking for. Chris Ellenburg took us on a test drive in BOTH vehicles so we could truly feel the difference in them and explore their features. He even encouraged an extended test drive so that both my husband and I could take a turn driving the cars. There was absolutely no pressure or “down your throat” sales pitches. It was like talking things over with a friend. When Chris introduced us to Jack, I couldn’t say enough positive things about the way the experience had gone. And better yet – Jack also made sure we were happy and being treated well and again – spoke to us like we were old friends. Even as I have been back up to the dealership to get “toys” added to my car - when Chris sees me, he makes a point to come over and say Hi and make sure I am still loving my new car. It is like they just bring you into the family and you truly feel like you belong and will always be taken care of. This type of approach in selling cars is amazing! Thank you Chris and I love Lake Norman CJD! ALSO - After buying my car at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I wanted a few things added just to enhance my ride. I briefly mentioned a couple of things like tinted windows and a DVD system to Randy Hembree as we were finishing up the purchase paperwork. Randy remembered everything I mentioned and has done an OUTSTANDING job in following up on each item to make sure that not only do I get the extra bells and whistles I want but also a great deal on them and convenient times for installation. Even while sitting at the service center during the installations, Randy always comes by and checks on me and makes me have that warm fuzzy that you only get with exceptional service and attention to detail. I have been so impressed with Randy’s thoroughness and ability to “read my thoughts” on what I am wanting that I know I will always seek him out with my LNCJD needs.
