I went to numerous dealerships looking for the right vehicle. I called LN CJP while driving around and the told me they would find the right Jeep for me. Folks, they did! I am a very, very picky buyer and I do my research before hand. I worked them like Mike Tyson in his prime and had them on the ropes the whole time. But, they never backed down. They worked it out so that my every whim and request was met. The word "no" was not in their vocabulary. If I needed this changed or that replaced they made it happen. You just don't get that in dealerships these days. They want to throw you in any old vehicle to get the sale. I would tell anyone and I am telling everyone. If you want a vehicle, go get it from this dealership. Flagship dealership doesn't even begin to describe this place. I am now in my dream Jeep, with dream features, for a dream price. More

Our first purchase from Lake Norman was a trade in on a PT Cruiser. Then we traded that in for a Pacifica. When we realized we no longer needed that much space, we traded back to a PT Cruiser. Simultaneously my husband bought a Dodge Ram 250 to pull our RV trailer. We bought these vehicles from the most enchanting person I know, Maggie Carrigan. Maggie is exactly the salesperson you want...genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, caring, Honest, understanding of your needs and your pocketbook, listens carefully, leaves you with a cup of coffee to discuss with your spouse as to what we thought, then returns in an appropriate timeframe to answer further questions. If you have decided that you can't buy right now, she remains friendly and is always there when you are ready to buy. NO PRESSURE EVER!!! We just love her. We are equally happy with the service department and Terry Naranch never fails to get us in for service quickly, answers questions, is friendly, caring (always ask how we are doing and remembers both of us by name). The service itself has always been very good. We have never had a complaint and they always wash my car before it is returned to me. I can't say enough about everyone at Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge as they have all the expertise to sell us an excellent product. Thank you for giving me this oportunity to say Thank you all. I have had my Jeep in several times for repairs, most of the time I have no complaints but the past two times I have come in for service I have been very disappointed. My prior visit to the dealership I cam the time I have no complaints but the past two times I have come in for service I have been very disappointed. My prior visit to the dealership I came in with a few problems on my Jeep and felt that Chuck was being very rude towards me. My first complaint is that being a woman I felt like I was trying to be run over and that I knew absolutely nothing about cars. It was not until I involved my husband that I felt that issues were starting to get resolved. My second complaint is that I complained about a reoccurring problem which at first I felt was being dismissed but since we were so adamant there was a problem we were finally told that it would be looked into. Which by the way it was NOT because this reoccurring problem would be part of the reason I returned for repairs this visit. On this visit once I was told that I would have to pay for the repairs for this reoccurring problem I complained but Chuck nor Robin, who was involved with this issue last time, seemed to remember my recent complaint even though we were told it would be looked into. I must say that this time I did not feel that Chuck was being rude like the last time but I felt like he could have done a better job on keeping me informed on the status of my Jeep. Instead I had to call the service department for two days myself to get details on my Jeep. Granted I again had to have my husband involved because I did not want to have the same troubles as last time but neither of us were getting the status updates I felt we should have been receiving. And after three days of no work because my Jeep was being worked on I was finally able to pick it up but once I got to the dealership the invoice price was not what we were told it would be by Robin. And of course Chuck was gone for the day and Robin was in a meeting so I had to hunt down other people to help me. I must say that Josh was very nice in helping me since I know that I was more than a little irate once I saw the bill. Once speaking with Josh I was still not happy about the price since I had to pay for my reoccurring problem but at least he TRIED to help me and work with me. My only complaint there is that my reoccurring problem with my Jeep will continue to be reoccurring because I feel like I am getting excuses from the service team rather than solutions. More
I came in just looking not really in the market, however Mr Brown made me fill like I just had to have the vehicle wether I needed it or not. We would like to share our experience with Maggie to the world. She was so attentive at all times to our questions and concerns when trying to choose the right car. Initially, we had chosen a Grande Cherok world. She was so attentive at all times to our questions and concerns when trying to choose the right car. Initially, we had chosen a Grande Cherokee Limited which had been put on hold for us. Upon on our arrival, Maggie noticed that we were preferring a bit more space and possibly more amenties as well. So, shortly she ask us if we would like to drive a Jeep Commander and of course, it was love at first sight. With all the bells and whistles, who could ask for anything more. Maggie even took time to program and pair our phones with the U-Connet. She oriented us on the DVD system, and on so many other feautures. The follow up has been state of the art. Maggie makes sure you are as happy as possible and that all the needs are met. I would recommend her very highly to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. We will definately ask for Maggie on any return trips to Lake Norman. As far as the vehicle goes, the Jeep Commander is perfect for us! We love all the extras, especially the DVD, front and back heated seats, and my favorite -- the power tailgait with just the push of a button. My husbands favorite, of course, is the automatic start. In the midst of all the cold weather, we can have the advantage while we wait in a restaurant and the Jeep warms up. I could go on and on about this wonderful Jeep Commander! We simply love it and are thankful we met Maggie in the process. Mitzi More
