I found the truck I was interested in online at Lake Norman Chrysler. I contacted Brian Cramer over the phone because I live in South Carolina. Upon ariving at the dealership, I was pleasantly suprised to see that Brian had dumped his planned day off to meet me. It happened to be his birthday, so I am sure he was going out of his way to help me with my purchase. He was very professional and provided an excellent overview of the truck that I was interested in. As we drove the truck, we talked about everything from marriage to real estate. We returned to the dealership and we received three separate financing choices to meet our needs. Brian did a great job of understanding my needs financially. I had my little girl with me and everyone at the dealership was warm with her. The finance manager even let her color in her office while we discussed warranty options. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I feel fortunate to have had Brian Cramer guiding me all of the way.
