I just bought a Jeep Wrangler from Mark Mosayebi. It was a wonderful experience. Even in the cold temperature and heavy snowfall, we looked through several cars on the lot, and then test drove 4 different a wonderful experience. From start to finish Mark was a wealth of information, with a friendly attitude and a no pressure style. Forget all those stereotypes you may have, this was an enjoyable experience. They have a good selection and the pictures and videos they use on the site for the cars is extremely helpful. I live over 2 and a half hours away from dealership but was impressed by the pictures of the particular car that my wife and I decided to go take a look in person the same day! Loved my past experience with Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and Mark Mosayebi that I came back and purchased a 2010 Chrysler 300 just yesterday. Was out christmas shopping and thought I would get the J Dodge, and Mark Mosayebi that I came back and purchased a 2010 Chrysler 300 just yesterday. Was out christmas shopping and thought I would get the Jeep Commander's oil change / tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment, but the service dept. fit me right in. I decided to look at the new Chrysler 300. Right off my husband and I see Mark Mosayebi who helped us purchase our Jeep, and he gives us big hugs and takes time from his day off to speak with us about the Jeep. I expained to him how I hated sharing the Jeep (with my husband) and I wanted to look at the 2010 Chrysler 300. He was happy to show them to me, took me out for a test drive, and I fell in love with the car. We purchased the car in record time, and had plenty of time to finish our christmas shopping. Once again Mark helped us with the purchase (on his day off) of a great car. By the way, service dept was done with the Jeep in 30 minutes. I will always come to Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for any car needs. Plus my son turns 16 in a couple of weeks and we'll be looking for a car for him real soon.
