My wife and I made a "curiousity" visit to this dealer during a test-drive promotion several months ago, and drove the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Months later, our Jeep Wrangler was totalled, so the buying time-line shortened very quickly. Brian Cramer was my contact via the web, and he and Randy ended up as a team helping us through two more test drives, additional questions, and so on. Based on my experience I find this dealership utilizes unethical practices to sell vehicles and I not only do not recommend this dealership but would strongly encourage anyone to drive a bit further to find a reputable and honest dealership to purchase from. We went to Lake Norman Chrysler and they helped us buy our first car from them(2010 Dodge Caravan). The experience was so great that I went back to them to buy new newest car(2011 Dodge Nitro). The experience was exactly the same maybe even better then the first time we dealt with them. Scott greeted me at the door and asked me what I was looking for. I explained to him the situation I was in was my current Toyota lease and he assured me that he would take care of me. 45 minutes later I was the new owner of my Dodge Nitro which I absolutely love. It was that easy. Craig worked his butt off to get me the deal I was looking for. I told him what I could afford and he made it work. The Sales Rep that helped my was Mark Mosayebi and he was very knowledgeable about the product. He readily answered all my questions and worked hard to get me the best price. He was patient and didn't push me into buying but did help me any time I needed more information. The delivery of the vehicle was great, not taking too long to go over every little thing but showing me the most important things and offering to help if I had questions in the future about any of the features. The facility was very nice a comfortable for both purchasing and waiting for service work. I look forward to a great on-going relationship with Lake Norman Chrysler. More
