While I had no intentions of being sold on the first car I looked at, it was love at first drive, as Brian Cramer explained the features and gave me the keys to try out the 2012 Patriot. This was the perfect car for me... Brian was so wonderful at immediately keying into my needs and all the features I desired. Overall, it was a most enjoyable buying experience. Brian and the dealership gave us great service in securing a car in the exact color I wanted; and much to my surprise, even allowed me to drive another Patriot until they could transport my new car from Georgia. What service! Also, I need to add that Amanda Schrider who handled the paperwork and was just so friendly, as well as efficient. When the car arrived, I knew that I had made the right choice. What caught our attention at LNCJD was actually the sales person (Tony Williams) first, not the car! We felt like we were dealing with family. After explaining our wants, needs (great gas mileage and safety) and financial position Tony took us for a walk on the lot to see a 2012 Charger. When I saw the look on my wifes face I new she was in love. When Tony gave me tech info about the near 300 horse power and over 30 mpg I was in love! He picked us a winner. Mark Mosayebi expedited all the info and gave me the unbelievable numbers. The price was less than the best I could find on the True Car website. That means THERE IS NO BETTER DEAL! In the process of repairing our credit scores we didnt think wed get a decent interest rate or a loan at all for that matter! Brian Kanabroski Finance Genius got us approved with an unbelievable rate! When I signed the papers the monthly payments were actually lower then what I had expected. We have converted from a GM to a Dodge Family! FYI-Please let Tony know I will be in on a regular basis for that coffee and Danish! More
