I had doubts that I could actually finance a new car because of some unfortunate events in my past that ruined my credit. I was told that it was you that made it happen. Not only did you allow me to have a new vehicle as opposed to a used one, you have also given me the opportunity to rebuild good credit and for this I will forever be in your debt. Also, I have to give the credit to Mike Bohn. Although we met under terrible circumstances, I was so glad I could help him and he has helped me tremendously! You have a very fine salesman as well as a fine young man. He delivered unequaled, superior customer service to me and I can tell that is his norm for any customer he encounters. I saw a car I liked on the internet and came to the dealership. Mike greeted me as soon as I got there and made me feel welcome. This was our second car buying experience from Lake Norman dealership. Chris was a great and pleasant person to work with. He doesn't push or pressure you to buy. 2 years ago, I had a horrible experience with my local Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealership. I then drove an additional 35-40 miles to Lake Norman. Mark greeted me with a great attitude and the rest is history…. In just a very short time, I drove of of the lot in my brand new RT Challenger. This was a great experience – Mark was easy to work with, as was the entire staff. (I actually went by the local dealer a few days later to let the Sales Manager know that he missed the sale and would probably not have the opportunity to ever sell me anything other than oil changes in the future) Fast forward to last weekend. I decided to trade my car on a truck. I was once again greeted by Mark (I called the day prior to make sure he was going to be in) – he showed me only what I was interested in, educated me on trip package differences, etc, and before you know it we were making a deal. Once again Mark and the rest of the crew at Lake Norman did a great job. I could just as easily saved myself the 70 – 80 miles of driving by going to my local dealer, but did not. Everyone has the same vehicles to offer…………. Customer service and overall experience are what a dealership is really selling, and I am sold on Mark and Lake Norman Chrysler. So - Why have I given such a good review? Simple - I got great service from a friendly staff and for the 2nd time, I am happy with my new Dodge product. I am sure that when I am ready for another ride, Mark & Lake Norman will be my 1st call. More
I drove by the dealership 2 weeks ago and fell in love with the new Dodge Charger. I really liked the Hemi as well. I was a little concerned though because I have a lot of student loans and medical bill with the new Dodge Charger. I really liked the Hemi as well. I was a little concerned though because I have a lot of student loans and medical bills and I didn't think I could get financing for the vehicle I wanted. The company I work for had already rejected my credit application due to my student loans. During my visit, the salesmen respected my desire to be left alone and I didn't speak with anyone that day. After leaving the lot I still couldn't forget the Charger so last Saturday I submitted a finance application online and called the dealership Monday to give them additional details. I quickly learned that Mark and Amanda were working my deal and Amanda even called me to ask a few questions. She said she would let me know what the finance company says. I tell you- it literally took them less than 2 hours to confirm everything and call me with good news. Amanda had called the finance company personally, got them to waive some of their requests, and they financed my new black, 2012 Dodge Charger RT. And I even got my Hemi, my sunroof and the spoiler I wanted. Mark and Amanda made it simple, stress free and QUICK to get into a new car - even with credit issues. So by 5:00pm I was rushing to pick up the kids and was heading to the dealership to close the deal. When I pulled up there was a big red bow on the hood of my new car. Mark and Amanda met me at the front and within an hour Mark had walked me through the car features, I had signed all the docs with Amanda, and Mark had the car detailed and ready to go. I thought I would have time to step away and eat, and ended up rushing back because everything was so quick. Thanks so much Mark and Amanda for making a normally stressful experience simple, quick and pleasant. I'm still in awe at how easy it was to get into my new car. BTW- You can't imagine how much of a conversation starter a new car can be. I've met more people in 20 hours than I have all month. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Mark and Amanda. Especially those who are rebuilding their credit or frustrated with other pushy salesmen. Thanks for all the help!!!! You have a new loyal customer! More

He is an expert in the knowledge of his products, really takes the time to understand what you want in a vehicle, the goals and objectives of the purchase and your expectations as far a price you are looking to pay. When it cam time to negotiate the deal there was no game playing, no haggling but purehonest respect of what I felt the deal was worth and with in minutes we shook hands on a completed transaction. If anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle you are cutting youreself short if you 1.) do not shop at Lake Norman and 2.) more importnaly ask for Mark Mosaeybi to be your sales person to work out the purschase of your next auotmotive r trcuk purchase. This was a true five star experience from the minue I was greeted at the door until I drove off the the lot with my new Ram 1500!
