I am on my 4th vehicle from Lake Norman Chrysler and would not consider going anywhere else. I have even sent my mother to buy a vehicle there. One of the things I hate more than anything in life is buying a car! I went to this dealership and was ready to do battle with the anti-christ. I was given an incredible price and an incredible value on my vehicle that I traded it. I kept waiting for a battle with a bunch of idiots that never happened. I couldn't believe it but the end of the transaction I was actually upset that it was over. I was recommended to the dealership by a good friend who I have always trusted, and he was right they are definitely the best. PS my grand Cherokee is the bomb!!!!!! What an awesome SUV!!!! More

After a long discussion with my husband about what four door automatic car to purchase after our son was born he finally managed to convince me to get a Dodge Charger. We went looking at several dealerships in the Charlotte area but stopped in to Lake Norman Chrysler on our way to the mountains. The process of deciding on a car was very easy. Not to mention that since we dont purchase a new vehicle until 6 years old they had a great selection. Christine was very friendly helped us pick out the car with all the options he wanted and she explained all the safety items I wanted to know about. It took us about two hours to complete the whole process including chasing our son around the showroon (sorry y'all). The finance guy Brian was very gracious in helping us make choices on payments and rate etc. which he configured for our growing family. Granted my husband got the v-8 and I wanted a v-6 but I dont mind passing a few people in the process! Thanks again to all the great people at Lake Norman Chrysler. Can't wait for our first set of free tires and all those oil changes and car washes!! Give them a try you'll be happy you did, we are. More
