I was looking to trade in my 2005 Chrysler 300C with almost 200k miles on a 2011 pre-owned 300C. I really liked the new body style and I had been scouting for just the right one for weeks. I was headed to VA to buy one on Friday, but on Wednesday I just happened to see a low mileage 300C like I wanted had just been list by LNCJD and didnt even have any pictures up yet. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Mark Mosayebi and headed up that morning. When I got there I found out it didnt have some of the options I was looking for, mostly the interior color. I told Mark thanks, but I drive 30k miles a year for work and I was very picky about what I wanted and I had pretty much found it in VA just trying to save the trip. He quickly suggested I look at some of the new closeouts they have on special. I told him there was no way they could get close to where I needed to be with a brand new 300C! He said give me 10 minutes and let me try. In 10 minutes he brought out a piece of paper with a number I could not believe. I was able to get a brand new 300C for within a fraction of what the 2011 used ones are going for. I went and checked it out and it was everything I wanted from top to bottom. From that point on Mark made the buying process a breeze. Of all the care dealers I have ever dealt with, Mark and the whole staff at LNCJD made it easy to buy my new ride. I am a glad to be a member of the family now! More
I came into Lake Norman Chrysler to check out the used Jeeps. Maggie was very helpful in showing me what they had available even though I was "just looking". Christina displayed her expertise with numbers and Jeff closed the deal in a timely manner. I could not have been more impressed. I remembered that I bought my truck there in 1999 and it has some 215,000 miles now and they took in as a trade. For me, The thought of buying a new car was terrifying. I had spent close to a year researching and test driving every make and model in my price range. I was nervous, anxious and uncertain about my decision. I was also very emotionally attached to my old clunker. To add to my skepticism, I was convinced that all car salesmen were crooks or at the very least - not interested in my needs as much as their own. That said, the people that I worked with at Lake Norman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram went out of their way to make this a pleasant and effortless transaction. My salesperson, Willie Brown, was extraordinary. He patiently listened to me ramble on about my automotive needs/desires. He worked extremely hard to see that I received the best service and price for the vehicle of my choice - even going as far as to pick me up (not once but twice) to test drive the chosen auto. I chose a Jeep Patriot. The Jeep was better equipped than I had planned on and the transaction went extremely smooth, with terms clearly presented and accurately advertised. Willie was the best car salesman that I've ever worked with. He was always very polite and never pushy or overbearing. I can't say enough about how well I was treated at this dealership. They went above the call of duty to satisfy me as a customer. I highly recommend them. More
