Overall a good experience. The prep people did a poor job of getting the vehicle ready for delivery. Tire pressure was 39 PSI in the rear and 31 PSI in the front tires. The windows were dirty on the inside and tape from the decals remained on the vehicle. Two caps on the tire fill stems were missing and there are three dings on the rear bumper that should have been touched up. The sales and finance people were great and easy to work with. More

I was looking to trade in my 2005 Chrysler 300C with almost 200k miles on a 2011 pre-owned 300C. I really liked the new body style and I had been scouting for just the right one for weeks. I was headed to VA to buy one on Friday, but on Wednesday I just happened to see a low mileage 300C like I wanted had just been list by LNCJD and didnt even have any pictures up yet. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Mark Mosayebi and headed up that morning. When I got there I found out it didnt have some of the options I was looking for, mostly the interior color. I told Mark thanks, but I drive 30k miles a year for work and I was very picky about what I wanted and I had pretty much found it in VA just trying to save the trip. He quickly suggested I look at some of the new closeouts they have on special. I told him there was no way they could get close to where I needed to be with a brand new 300C! He said give me 10 minutes and let me try. In 10 minutes he brought out a piece of paper with a number I could not believe. I was able to get a brand new 300C for within a fraction of what the 2011 used ones are going for. I went and checked it out and it was everything I wanted from top to bottom. From that point on Mark made the buying process a breeze. Of all the care dealers I have ever dealt with, Mark and the whole staff at LNCJD made it easy to buy my new ride. I am a glad to be a member of the family now! More

Endless useless telephone calls, emails, mails and faxes produced ZERO. We finally thought to call Amanda in who handled the delivery for us for advice, and she flat took over. In less than a week, she plowed through the Maryland MVA bureaucratic nightmare (and it was extensive) and solved our problem....Tags and Registration received against all odds!! This dealership does not forget about you after you pay. Very, very cool people. More
