It's simple! I went in knowing I wanted to own a dodge charger. I was planning on going for a test drive and wait a few weeks to decide if I liked it enough or to get more information to be sure it dodge charger. I walked in and one guy passed me off to Randy. I formed an option that this would be the dealership I wouldn't buy from. But since I was there I wanted my test drive. I told Randy I was online and seen the car I wanted to checkout and I was there to check it out and test drive. On that test drive I got all the info about the car I needed. I didn't get a car that night. One of the reasons I didn't wait a few weeks is Randy was knowledgable about all the features. And most of all I didn't feel like a TRANSACTION. The test drive was like two friends out cruising the streets. I got the car the next night. Thanks Randy More

My husband was very interested in purchasing a Chrysler 300 sometime in the future. I was not to interested in this vehicle but I went with him on February 3rd to take a closer look. Little did we know t 300 sometime in the future. I was not to interested in this vehicle but I went with him on February 3rd to take a closer look. Little did we know that we would be purchasing not just one vehicle but two. A Chrysler 300c for my husband and a Chrysler 200 convertible for me. Jay approached us when we walked into the dealership and his comfortable approach and his great sense of humor won us over. He worked very hard to get us the best deal possible and at no time did we feel pressured to do anything we were not comfortable with. He even came in on his day off to help us purchase a vehicle for me. Once we made a decision Brian quickly did the financing paperwork and got us out of there in less than an hour. Normally purchasing a car can be a very stressful experiece but I must say that Jay made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Jay!!! More
The dealership at Lake Norman was wonderful. They had 3 cars up front when I got there and also took me up in the lot to look at some more. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Scott was a great sales person to work with. There was no pressure and I felt comfortable doing business with him and the dealership. Scott and the "Front Desk" went the extra mile to ensure my wife and I go pressure and I felt comfortable doing business with him and the dealership. Scott and the "Front Desk" went the extra mile to ensure my wife and I got a good deal on our new car. Christina sealed the deal in finance and it was a real pleasure doing business with her and closing the purchase. Rizzuti (Lino) I live in Orlando, Fl, on Friday Feb 1 2013 i was browsing the dealer website looking at the infiniti fx35 2008 that they have there i made a first contact with Mr John Raila on the chat and then he called me at my home and we start the process of exchanging info regarding the car i was interested in, i told him i do have a trade in car he got all the info of my car and said "i call back to let you know", after several hours he finally called back made an offer to my car and i made an offer on theirs, then after a series of phone calls i did speak with Mr Russell Owen, he said was the manager I specifically asked him " Russell the car looks good is clean no dents or scratches, scuff of any kind that i should know before i make such a long trip??" and specially since he did not bargain to much on the price ( I did look at the pictures of the car online and it looked fine) he replied "no, Lino the car is very nice and clean don't worry i understand your concern but we do a 100 points inspection to the car, the car is nice and clean", ok we agreed to a deal and i said "we see you tomorrow i trade my car give you the money we agreed everybody happy",I did MAKE ONE LAST CALL THIS TIME TO Mr John Raila asking if there was something i could give so he can start all the paperwork so we don't waste time since i have to get back home and all, he said to me " Oh don't worry Lino I just need a copy of DL a registration, insurance and that's all" I said "please John make SURE THE CAR IS CLEAN AND DETAIL BEFORE I GET THERE" which is common sense but apparently not so much with this dealer ( Saturday Feb 03-2013) I WILL BE DRIVING WITH MY FAMILY ALL OVER FROM ORLANDO TO NORTH CAROLINA (9 hrs one way) .Well after a long drive here we are at the dealer we came in asked to see Mr John Raila they say he had a day off ( he did not say that to me the day before) ok no big deal, then i ask for Mr Russell (the other person involved in the process) the lady said to me "yes one moment, he is busy now i will try to locate him for you "she called let him know that i was there and she said to me " Russell had assign another sales person to take care of me" well finally this other person came, we (after a registration process) went and looked at the car , what did i find ??: A VERY SCRATCHED CAR ALL OVER, THE FRONT BUMPER AT THE LEFT HEAD LIGHT WAS WARPED, even the sales guy said "wow they did not detail this car", inside what we find ??: the roof all dirty right on the sunroof area, NO Floor mats ( Mr John said to me there were floor mats in the car), the driver and passenger floor carpet and back seat area all black dirty spoiled ( the inside of this car was beige color so it was very noticeable), the back seat was ripped showing a bad repair job, i did drive the car and it pulled to the right also!! I know this is long story but this "WAS THE NICE CLEAN CAR THEY PRESENTED ME WITH" the worse part i did never had the "Honor" to meet Mr Russell he never show up to me at all during the 1 hour and change my family and I were at the dealer, This is the worst experience we had buying a car, people very unprofessional ( like Mr Russell) not shame at all no one apologize with us never, no one gave us any type of explanation, I was there to close a deal i did bring my business to your dealer Mr Salzman and this is the kind of treatment we got from your Manager Mr Russel and John Raila. I came to the dealership to look at a Dodge Journey. I had previously been to a dealership in Concord, NC and wanted to see what other options were available for the Journey. Upon greeting us, Michael wa had previously been to a dealership in Concord, NC and wanted to see what other options were available for the Journey. Upon greeting us, Michael walked us straight to the Dodge Journey area to see what might interest me in a test drive. He was very patient and friendly as I was deciding between different features. I drove a couple of the Journeys to decide which would best fit my needs. We spoke about numbers and never at anytime did I feel ambushed like I had at the other dealership. The only people who I dealt with on my trade was Michael and Craig. I was able to ask questions and clarify options that I was unsure the vehicles had. They understood if I wanted to look at the numbers more closely or needed to take a break to think about where we were and where I wanted to be. I appreciated their understanding and patience as I was trying to make my decision as to which vehicle I would purchase. Once I decided on my vehicle, I went to complete my paperwork. Brian assisted me with all the paperwork and explained options available without putting any pressure on me to add on features. I was able to ask questions, look at options and choose the best fit for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any friends or family who are looking to purchase another vehicle. My daughter's car had been totaled recently because of a cinder block in her path on the highway. It wasn't her fault, there were cars in either lane beside her. Needles to say she was devastated. Although I'm told our insurance company paid out well, it was still only 75% of it's value. I had just had surgery a month ago and the bill for my copay had also come the day of her accident. All this was on my mind as we entered Lake Norman Chrystler. From the moment Carey Holder approached my daughters and me yesterday (1/30/2013), I felt relaxed and in good hands. We went for a test drive with Carey Holder and he was very knowledgeable about the Audi even though the dealer is not an Audi dealership. Carey Holder worked with us and went to his boss 3 times on our behalf to make the deal work. We are very happy with our Audi A4. I never thought we would be able to afford to replace her distroyed Audi, but she is so happy and my bank account isn't broken. Thank you so much for having such a nice and knowlegeable employee on your staff. Carey Holder is definately a keeper. I hope he gets a raise for all the knowlege and help he gave us. Thanks Carey!!
