Our experience was one that I would never imagine coming from a dealership or even a sales rep. When there was a problem our salesman, Sam, told us to bring the vehicle in right away so he can get it taken from a dealership or even a sales rep. It even came down to where we had to get a different vehicle. Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge and their salesman, Sam took care of us and anything that came up. Any other car dealership or salesman would never take the extra time and effort to help. Sam even checked on us after the deals went through. The decision was totally mine but he was thorough in letting me know complete info about each model. Mark is an asset to your company and I will ask for him in the future. I would have given the overall rating a"Great" rating but I felt as though the finance man, Brian Kanabroski , though he was very knowledgable in his work and worked to get me out as quickly as possible, seemed to be short with me. Several times when I was talking to him or asking him a question he butted in and cut me off. He seemed to me to be irritated that he was having to do his job and that he was doing me a favor to wait on me. I mean I was spending close to 40,000 dollars at his place of business and he wasn't happy for me. Next time I would appreciate another finance man to close the deal. More
