The decision was totally mine but he was thorough in letting me know complete info about each model. Mark is an asset to your company and I will ask for him in the future. I would have given the overall rating a"Great" rating but I felt as though the finance man, Brian Kanabroski , though he was very knowledgable in his work and worked to get me out as quickly as possible, seemed to be short with me. Several times when I was talking to him or asking him a question he butted in and cut me off. He seemed to me to be irritated that he was having to do his job and that he was doing me a favor to wait on me. I mean I was spending close to 40,000 dollars at his place of business and he wasn't happy for me. Next time I would appreciate another finance man to close the deal. More
