She was pleasant to deal with, but I didn't particularly care for the way the warranty options were offered. I would've much preferred a heads up those options would be available, as well as the details associated with each option. Not having an opportunity to review the details ahead of time, and the fact that they were offered only at that time of sale did not facilitate good decision making, so I had to pass. Now or never options tend to make me think there’s something shady going on. Not to say there was- it just didn’t feel like a safe bet. That didn’t sit well with me.
