Does anyone actually ENJOY car shopping? I didn't think so until I went to Lake Norman Chrysler. I knew there were only 2 models of Jeep I was interested in and went by the dealership solely to see think so until I went to Lake Norman Chrysler. Brian Cramer assisted me the minute I pulled into the parking lot and, a few hours later, I was driving home in my new 2013 Jeep Patriot Limited. The dealership and property itself are immaculate. They have a ton of inventory! Brian seriously took into consideration how much I was looking to spend and showed me the appropriate vehicles, explained options that would increase price, etc. Naturally, I fell in love with a vehicle that came equipped with about every option available, already installed. Brian made sure every detail of the car, warranties, my trade in, and financing options were outlined clearly for me. I also worked with Brian Kanabroski for my financing. He provided me with the same superior service as Brian Cramer. Both of them worked diligently to guarantee I was satisfied with every aspect of my new vehicle and the process. When I started my search for a vehicle I was in Afghanistan. As some may know, Life in Afghanistan is and was hard. We as Soldiers endure many hours of missions and have the ever constant dangers of close enemy contact. As a unit we miss our home life more than anything. Without a day off, the talks and thoughts of family and the occasions of getting a new vehicle became one our many highlight of our day while we were on missions. I thought and talked about Hondas, Chevy, etc. but felt that these vehicles did not fit me at that time. I then researched Chrysler 300C & the Dodge Charger but these vehicles did not realistically fit my budget at that present time. So I stopped hunting and I waited to see what new vehicles would come out for 2013. It was not until I returned from deployment that I resumed my car search. It was only on a hunch when I was coming back from my unit that I stopped at a dodge dealership in Wilkes County and saw the car that I wanted but the downfall was that Wilkes County Dealership showed dishonest traits, the inability to beat (LNCJD) Price and the inability to provide that comfort and experience (LNCJD) provided. These dishonest traits which I experienced at Wilkes County dealership were discovered after I headed back home, and requested my wife to do some research on the Dodge Dart Limited 2013. After extensive research from my wife and with the help of USAA recommending Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge as a USAA Certified Dealers which provide great service and the best car buying experience, we decided to see what Lake Norman had to offer. We were recommended by USAA to contact Mark Mosayebi and eventually expressed our interest on the Dodge Dart limited since we felt this was a car great on gas and also had every feature possible that a person would want for what we considered to be such a great price. After my wife and Mark negotiated numerous times we came to an agreement that we would meet Mark on a Friday. We also decided that we would rather drive two hours for customer service then to drive 30 minutes to a closer dealership. As soon as we stepped foot onto (LNCJD) the buying experience was so smooth that in the end I could not accept the keys from Mark as I was stunned at how the process went so smoothly. I appreciate how much Mark worked with my wife and how he showed us honesty, as well as, respect during this process and what we consider being a very important moment in our lives. I must admit, I waited to write this review because I wanted to see if his customer care would continue and it did. After driving two hours back home that night, I had a concern and I called mark not thinking he would answer but he did while he was home. He answered my call with such a concern that I saw I was not just a sale but I was treated and viewed as a valued customer. If he did not know the answer to my questions he made it a priority to call me back the next day with an answer. To sum it up, on behalf of my family and myself, I would like to tell Mark and everyone else at (LNCJD) thank you for adding to my happiness of being home and also creating a new Dodge family for Life.
