There were minor cosmetic body pieces that had to be replaced under warranty. This visit also entailed an oil change. Frank Sparrow, Parts Director, went out of his way to ensure the replacement parts were available in a timely fashion. He also cut through the red tape so I could get the work done in a timely fashion, saving me two to three weeks of waiting. Robin Robinette, Service Director, as always, kept an eye out for me and ensured that my service call was a five star experience. Jeff Coble, the "mechanic" or specialist who did the work, is one of the most knowledgeable and efficient I have found. He never rushes the work; makes sure that it is done properly; takes the time to ensure that I understand why and how the work was done; and gives me useful information/knowledge about my vehicle. I wouldn't take my Challenger to another "mechanic". Jack Salzman the owner is available if your experience isn't what you expected. I have never had to complain to him, but he is always friendly when I pop my head in to say hello. Mark Mosayebi, the man who sold me my car, is also available if I have any questions about the vehicle, or if, in the unlikely possibility, my service wasn't performed correctly. And this is almost two years after he sold me the vehicle. Also, while I was there, they found another body part that needed replacing that I had not noticed. They procured the part in short order and the work was done then. They are that detailed in their work habits. Thank you Jeff Coble for seeing the bad part; and thank you Frank Sparrow for "finding" the part and saving me another trip to the dealership. Finally, from the day I began considering the purchase to my most recent experience, I have been treated with respect and courtesy. The service department is excellent. Everyone I have ever had contact with at the dealership, for any reason, has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And here I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me check out. Even that experience was excellent. I know this review sounds a little "over the top". But everything I have written has actually been my experience. I have to drive an hour and twenty minutes one way to have my service done there (and there are closer Dodge dealers). Do I recommend this dealership? Constantly and emphatically. If my friends ask where to buy or get service, I gladly tell them about Lake Norman Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram. More
I went to lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, just to look and see if they had anything in my price range. once we walked in carey greeted us, and told us if we needed anything to let him know. after we went and see if they had anything in my price range. once we walked in carey greeted us, and told us if we needed anything to let him know. after we went through and saw the ones we were interested in, Carey took the time to help us, and after we chose the one we were planning on getting, Carey was very patient, and took his time going over everything. the finance department was wonderful as well. My experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was one of the best, it was like meeting an old friend and playing catch up. I was greeted at the outside of the door by Carey Holder, a salesman, even t one of the best, it was like meeting an old friend and playing catch up. I was greeted at the outside of the door by Carey Holder, a salesman, even though the weather was a little bad. He was nice and friendly, not stuffy, like some salesmen with a rehearsed pitch. I told him that I only came to test drive the 2011 Dodge Avenger that I had seen on line. The car happen to be on the showroom floor, but it didn't matter, Carey moved cars and people to get it out the door. The test drive was informative and a nice little ride. I met the car's previous owner who works there, and had traded it in for another Dodge. Long story short, I purchased the car that day. And who says that car salesmen don't drive their own brand vehicle, I know two that do. More

Tony was willing to run out in the rain to grab any car I wanted to test drive on a dreary and cold evening. He was very knowledgeable about my current car (2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT 6) and the new one I wanted to test drive on a dreary and cold evening. He was very knowledgeable about my current car (2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT 6) and the new one I was looking at (2013 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus). He listened and advised me about options, payment and trade-in values. When I spoke with him the next day he was able to rework some numbers for me quickly based on money down and other factors. He was able to work with his manager very fast to confirm rebates being offered, the total sum I would pay for the car and the trade-in value. Christina is awesome. She told me up front about some credit things going on that I was not yet fully aware of as they had just happened this month. She did not run my credit immediately and waited for me to be ready for her to contact the bank. She pushed the bank around to get a good interest rate for me and she has a perfect sense of humor as well. Not only did we work well together on the same page about the options available to me (what she recommended/would do if she were buying the car), we had a fun time for an hour and half signing paperwork. She stayed late to make sure that she was the person who took care of me! That's above the call of duty! More

We had been looking for a nice car for my son for several weeks (on-line and by visiting many of the area's dealerships). Prior to purchasing my son's car at Lake Norman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, that morning we had visited several other dealerships in Greensboro and Kernersville. Randy's competitors didn't seen to take our interest in buying a car seriously. When we arrived at Lake Norman CDJR we were greeted with many smiles. My son test drove a 2012 Dodge Avenger and feel in love with it. Randy was very helpful in explaining the features of this car to my son.
