He was able to identify what we wanted quickly that was in transit for a 2014 model. The best part was the dealership went ahead and executed the transaction with us, took our trade and then gave us a comparable loaner for a week until our vehicle arrived. Communication and responsiveness was very good throughout the entire transaction and the dealership was very accomodating.
