I was in the market searching for a Chrysler 300. I first checked out the Crown Jeep/Chrysler dealership in Greensboro off of Wendover Avenue. I do not have the best credit. However the car salesman there wa checked out the Crown Jeep/Chrysler dealership in Greensboro off of Wendover Avenue. I do not have the best credit. However the car salesman there was not very helpful and did not seem to make much of an effort to help me find something and basically did not want to work with me he acted as if I was wasting his time. I saw a listing on cars.com and spoke with Kelsey. I was concerned because this dealership was about an hour and a half away from where I lived and did not want to waste me time. After speaking with Kelsey on the phone. She was so polite and assured me that the team at Lake Norman Chrysler would have the resources and more than likely be able to assist me. She convinced me to give them a chance and I was really glad I did. Once I arrived I met with Jeff. Very friendly, knowledgable, great personality, helpful & well mannered. Great customer service skills he made me feel comfortable offered me water when I first arrived and showed me the car I was interested in. He genuinely wanted to take care of the customer and make them feel special it was not just about a sale. Than he assured me he would do all he could in his power to help me find a car I was happy with, without breaking my budget. He did just that. This is my third car purchase and by far the best cay buying experience. Everyone I spoke with their was friendly and helpful. I am impressed and blown away by the culture of this dealership. Brian Kanabroski helped me decide the best financing options, and Russell Owen helped me overcome my indecisiveness so that I could buy the Jeep I came for in the first place. I had a small SUV for 15 years and thought I would never find another car I liked as much but by the I got home in my new Jeep Rubicon (it's beautiful!) , I had totally forgotten about the old car.
