The experience was exactly the same maybe even better then the first time we dealt with them. Scott greeted me at the door and asked me what I was looking for. I explained to him the situation I was in was my current Toyota lease and he assured me that he would take care of me. 45 minutes later I was the new owner of my Dodge Nitro which I absolutely love. It was that easy. Craig worked his butt off to get me the deal I was looking for. I told him what I could afford and he made it work. He was patient and didn't push me into buying but did help me any time I needed more information. The delivery of the vehicle was great, not taking too long to go over every little thing but showing me the most important things and offering to help if I had questions in the future about any of the features. Brought my 2007 Jeep Wrangler in for service due to "Gascap" showing on odometer. Found out from the dealer my ESIM had gone bad and I asked them to replace. The $11 part was put in and I was charged $97 for labor and $5.40 for miscellaneous parts and doc storage (WTF?!?!). When I got home I did some research on the part and found out it can be installed in under 2 minutes by hand, no tools needed. Yet I was charged a FULL hour for labor! Not too mention I had to sit and wait 3 hours for them to install it even with a scheduled appointment. Update on 9/2. After calling and leaving a message to complain about the charges, Robin called me back very quickly and offered to refund the full labor amount and said "Losing your business and referrals is not worth 1 hour labor." You know what... he is right! He was apologetic and extremely helpful. I explained to him that I wasn't looking for a free fix, just to be charged a fair amount for the work done and I was willing to pay something. He said I didn't have to which meant a lot to me. After my experience was fixed quickly, I'll be back. More
