Months later, our Jeep Wrangler was totalled, so the buying time-line shortened very quickly. Purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and was provided false and incorrect information by the sales person. Dealership did not make any attempt to resolve my issue. We went to Lake Norman Chrysler and they helped us buy our first car from them(2010 Dodge Caravan). The experience was so great that I went back to them to buy new newest car(2011 Dodge Nitro). The experience was exactly the same maybe even better then the first time we dealt with them. Scott greeted me at the door and asked me what I was looking for. I explained to him the situation I was in was my current Toyota lease and he assured me that he would take care of me. 45 minutes later I was the new owner of my Dodge Nitro which I absolutely love. It was that easy. Craig worked his butt off to get me the deal I was looking for. I told him what I could afford and he made it work. It is a great dealership and I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to go to Lake Norman Chrysler. More
