I did a lot of research on the internet before I came into the dealership, so I pretty much knew what I wanted. I was greeted by Mike Bohn and explained to him my likes and dislikes. We were shopping for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee we had seen on the website. We live out of town so I called and spoke with Leslie Roscoe first who was very professional and scheduled our appt for the had seen on the website. She met us promptly and set us up with Randy Lorelike to assist us with the sale. Randy was terrific! He showed us the Jeep, took us for a test drive, and treated us as guests. He is very knowledgeable about the Jeep vehicles and told us about every little button and feature. He worked with us regarding the price and in the end we were very satisfied with the deal we received. We then met with Amanda Schrider for financing. Amanda was extremely friendly and helpful. She explained everything about the rates, etc and answered all our questions. After the financing was done and we were ready to go, Randy helped us set up the bluetooth feature with our phone and we were on our way. Overall I would rate this dealer very highly. When we got home we realized there was an issue with the financing that we still had concerns about. I called Amanda and she explained everything we needed to know and was extremly helpful. She explained all we wanted to know about the paperwork and didn't mind our (probably stupid) questions. Thanks Amanda! Even though we already had picked the car we wanted, the dealership is large and has lots of choices in all models. Even Challengers. The showroom was large and didn't feel crowded, even on the 4th of July. I feel we got a good price on the Challenger.
