He walked the entire lot with us in search of the car that we wanted, not a car that he wanted us to buy. Tony is very friendly and can put the buyer at ease during what can be a stress filled process. I recommend Tony Williams for any new or used car purchase. Brian in the finance office was great. Our deal was not the easiest to put together but Brian was able to work the deal to the benefit of the dealership and more imortantly to the benefit of us. The 'extras' provided by Lake Norman Dodge are second to none in the region. From start to finish the entire process took less that 3 hours. I am impressed with Tony and Brian and all the people that we met that were not even involved in the sale. An A+ experience. Thank you guys! More

He lets us make the decisions with no pressure. He knows his stuff, too. It is easy for Mark to sell cars because he has a great service department behind him. That is one of the main reasons we come back to Lake Norman. More

In my opinion, Willie went above and beyond to ascertain my business in the future by answering all my questions knowledgeably and/or finding out information on several vehicles; he was also a pleasure to be around and very respectful. Gary couldn't have been more humble, personable and accommodating by texting me photos of cars he thought I'd be interested in and working with Craig to give me a deal I couldn't pass up. Christina was upbeat, knowledgeable and patient. I've been singing the dealership's praises since I purchased my vehicle. My husband and I dreaded starting our day car-shopping last Saturday because of the stigma that seems to go along with "overbearing" sales associates, haggling & games. However, when we entered the showroom and were greeted by Sam Dewitt, our day took a turn for the better. We told him we were looking for a newer model, used mini-van and had a certain price range we needed to stay within. He absolutely understood and took us to see 2 on the lot within our price range for comparison and test drive. Sam listened to what we had to say, didn't try to push anything on us and made us feel overall very comfortable. We made our decision on the Dodge Grand Caravan that best met our needs and Sam escorted us to the waiting area (fully equipped with snacks, drinks, tv's & a playroom) and he turned everything else over to financing. A short time later, we met with Brian Kanabroski in financing and he, also, made us feel very comfortable explaining every piece of paper (and there are alot!) in thorough detail, making sure we understood what we were signing. Brian had also taken the time to work any angles that he could on extra discounts (former military, in our case), warranties, etc, yet still keeping us where we wanted to be with our payments. Once the paperwork was complete, Brian turned us back over to Sam...Sam shook our hands and handed us the keys to our freshly washed van, parked right at the front door! It did take a while, which we expected, but we couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
When we went in we told the salesman the truck purchase was for me even though both names would be on the tilte. I m the one that drives the vehicle, and it is my primary vehicle. Nathan was very respectful to this issue and he directed all questions and answers to me even though my husband was there. He made the purchase speedy and very professional. We had a recall on the truck I was driving and the floor manager made sure we were not there for extended period of time to buy a truck. Nathan also made sure that the spray in liner that was promised was done in a timely manner. You need to have more sales persons like Nathan York. More
