I had a few misunderstandings regarding my '08 Jeep Wrangler rear window. I spoke to Brandon, Aleisha and Gary of the service department, and I became frustrated because they had difficulties distingu Wrangler rear window. After given a substantially higher quote than what was previously discussed I decided not to get the window. I came back after a long rough day to pick my Jeep up, where I found it soaked due to a large storm. I just wanted to leave but Robin ensured me that something could be done to make my experience at Lake Norman Jeep at least half-way enjoyable. After he listened to me calmly vent, he asked what year my vehicle was and walked away. To my surprise, he came back with a brand new window still in the box!! He then said that this was the least he could do for all of my troubles, which had nothing to do with him in the first place. Beyond the clarification issues that I originally had, and the random monsoon that soaked my Jeep; my overall experience at Lake Norman Jeep and with Robin Robinette was very enjoyable and I will definitely be returning because of their friendly personality and willingness to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. I had been car shopping for over a year. I researched lots of dealers local to my area and within a couple hours. The comments that I had read about Lake Norman Dodge sounded great. On their website while I was researching, there is a chat box that opens and tells you that you are connected to live person which was very helpful his name was Jacob. He was very helpful, then shortly after I received an email from Mark who was also very helpful in answering our questions. We decided to go on a Sunday,we drove 21/2 hours to get to the dealership. It was very easy to find and when we came in the door we were greeted right away asked who we needed to see. We asked for Mark, he was with customers but straight away he got Ed to help us. Mark and Ed both worked together to find the exact car I wanted and with help of Brian got my payments managable. Mark,Ed and Brian were all very great at explaining features of the car, how their advantage plan works and extended coverages work. This dealership was hopping! Everyone there worked with each other like clock work. We will return for our next Dodge purchase and plan on switching our family into the Dodge family. Our 6yr old daughter was very well taken care of too, not to mention the snack bar and kids area that she appreciated. She also received a delivery in the mail, which had to have been overnighted, a pink dodge hat! We will be back and will be spreading the "Word" about Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, thanks everyone for all your help it was a great experience! More
