I have purchased over 10 cars in my life. Both new and used. I moved from NY to NC. By far this dealership was the most positive experience we have had buying a car. He really bent over backwards to find us the right deal. The Finance Director Amanda and General Manager all went above and beyond for us. We had negative equity in our van. they all worked very hard to help us out of that and worked out a great deal. The added benefits this dealership offers too, like oil changes, tires for life, car washes for life, etc., and the added security of the Gap insurance, and other protections they offered really made us feel comfortable in our choice to get a car there. I rarely write reviews, but my wife and I can not say enough about everyone there! Everyone smiled and made you feel welcome. We did not leave with the car we originally wanted, but are very happy with what we drove off with. All because of the TEAM at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We even saw a saleman get McDonalds for a family who came and the kids were starving. Who does thaT? Great place!Go Yankees! More

There is a dealer withtin a few miles of our home whom we have pruchased from before, but who did not have the type of vehicle we were looking for. A definate cut above the other dealership. Our salesperson, Mark Mossayebi, was extremely helpful and knowlegable and made every effort to insure that we had a satisfying experience. We were able to find a Town and Counrty van with a great feature set at a good price. I would recommend Lake Norman CJD to anyone considering a new or used car. More

the ram that i purched i also purched step-bars vent-shades and have came back 2 times and still don't have them on right left out bolts on step-bars came back to have fixed on one could get them l vent-shades and have came back 2 times and still don't have them on right left out bolts on step-bars came back to have fixed on one could get them locked up on one to put on vent-shades and now i have to make another trip from claremont to try to get things fixed again so would you say hassle free not me all car dealerships are the same they tell you one thing to get you to buy and after that then you are the one that get the short-end of thing Donna Miller and by the way this is going on THREE WEEKS More
