Eight years ago i bought my dodge ram from Lake Norman Dodge. Now my wife is about to graduate from college so i took her back there form a new car. I found him sympathetic with my issues with my new car and I also found him willing to go above and beyond his duties to satisfy me. He is a prime example of what customer service is all about and honestly makes Lake Norman CDJ look flawless.
