Went to several Jeep dealerships looking into approximate price points for various Jeep vehicles. Was glad to see Lake Norman had some vehicles without all the add-ons for equipment that I did not need nor want to pay for. Spoke to Jeff Carnahan. regarding minimal equipment needed on my new Patriot, paint colors, engine size etc. Jeff advised of a future delivery vehicle that he thought would meet my needs. They also had one of the best waiting areas and friendliest staff including my salesperson Sam Dewitt he was great to work with and was there throughout the entire process. If you want to purchase a car than this is the dealer I live an hour away but came here because of the reviews and was it worth it yes better than any dealer I have visited including Cadillac of South Charlotte which had very poor service which is unexpected from Cadillac of all people you would think they would treat there people right that's probably why I was the only person there.But anyway Lake Norman CJD Is A amazing Dealer and I will be back soon!
