The dealership its self was very clean and the services they offer the customers as they are waiting is great. I have been to other dealerships and you have to buy everything if u need a little snack or drink. At Lake Norman I did not have to pay for anything. More
I recently purchased my second vehicle from Lake Norman Chrysler, and found the experience to be OUTSTANDING! In these tough economic times, some establishments have forgotten about customer service, not h Chrysler, and found the experience to be OUTSTANDING! In these tough economic times, some establishments have forgotten about customer service, not here! All employees that I came in contact with wanted nothing more but to make sure I was happy the entire time I was there. I HATE buying cars, Lake Norman Chrysler made me realize how exciting it really should be. I even met the owner, Jack Salzman, he came over and congratulated me on my new car... that just blew me away! Most owners I would think just sit back and watch the money roll in. :) I would just like to take the time and again say THANK YOU for making my experience fantastic. I will be back for my next car! Thanks again!! More
We entered the Dealership looking to trade in our vehicle and buy a brand new vehicle. We were greeted by Mark M. He and the staff were very helpful and after the whole ordeal gave us a great deal for both o and buy a brand new vehicle. We were greeted by Mark M. He and the staff were very helpful and after the whole ordeal gave us a great deal for both our trade and the new vehicle. The only thing I advise future customer about is the pressure the staff puts on test driving and hurrying to get back to the desk to cut a deal. Their process of negotiations is tiresome and confusing. The finance person tries to sale you warranties after the deal and tells you he will cut a deal and only will take off a few dollars. The good is free car washes and hopefully good service. Mark M is a good guy and will buy again from LNCJD if they honor my service contracts and treat us god post-sale. More
I recently visitied LNCJD in search of a new car. i was greeted promptly at the door by the salesman (brian cramer) and we discussed my reasons for being there. The first thing the salesman wanted to do wa greeted promptly at the door by the salesman (brian cramer) and we discussed my reasons for being there. The first thing the salesman wanted to do was look at the car i drove onto the lot. I wasn't trading anything in, so i didn't see the point in this, ut my salesman would not let it go. After many pointless questions, and making it very clear i would not be trading anything in, we proceeded to the lot to find the right jeep. Everytime i suggested one that i liked, Brian would point out another, which became very aggrevating. When i asked why it was he was doing this, he simply told me he did not believe the vehicles i liked were in my price range. This to me, was very amusing since he had no idea of my financial situations. However, we continued and came across a jeep i liked (ha, and one he would actually approve of). We drove it, and when i asked questions about the vehicle, his answeres were very stand-offish as if i had no right asking them. When we got back to the dealership, we sat at the desk and he presented numbers to me for the vehicle. I was shocked. The numbers he showed me were nowhere near the numbers we had discussed. He could see i was uncomfortable, so he went to the sales desk and had a manager return with him (bill gibson). First of all, this mans appearance did not represent that of a professional. Through his obnoxious gum chewing, i could hear him try to explain that the numbers that had just been presented to me were in fact accurate, and that i should have been made aware of this by the salesman. Meanwhile, my salesman was just sitting there on his fancy touch phone. I could not believe what was happening. I decided right then to leave. I desperately needed a car, and had let enough slide throughout this whole experience. But i was not about to be lied to by the so-called "sales manager". I'm sorry, i'm not usually one for slamming a company, but i was simply outraged by my experience. I would highly suggest people to stay away from Lake Norman, Chrysler Jeep Dodge. SCAM ARTISTS! More
I had a great purchase experieince at the Lake Norman Chysler Dealership. From the receptionist greeting me to Brian Cramer, sales person, that walked me through all the steps to driving away with my new Chysler Dealership. From the receptionist greeting me to Brian Cramer, sales person, that walked me through all the steps to driving away with my new Jeep. They really wanted to ensure I understood all the features of the vehicle before I drove off the lot. I traded in a Lexus RX300 and was accustomed to a Lexus style of customer service. I received that level of care at this dealership. Since everyone was so helpful I started wondering if it was just me. So, I started watching the other customers and sales folk, nope not just me everyone seemed to be getting grade A attention. I certainly would recommed this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or get there vehicle serviced. The few minutes I waited to meet with the Finance Manager I observed other folks in the service waiting room and the care they were getting. The staff was attentive and caring. Single Mom's being helped to free juice for kids and a playroom to give their mom a break! "Well done" goes out to these folks! More
I purchased my New Jeep Wrangler from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge a little over a year ago. The sales staff was awesome and found me the exact vehicle I wanted. I also got a great price. Th Chrysler Jeep Dodge a little over a year ago. The sales staff was awesome and found me the exact vehicle I wanted. I also got a great price. The service at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge is not your average car dealership experience. For starters, the dealership is spotless. The service is very timely and oil changes usually only take around 15 minutes. But when I have needed to spend time waiting on my vehicle the lobby is comfortable and with the wireless internet access it makes it easy for me to work while I wait. Oh, and here's the kicker - the service staff is really nice. From dropping off the vehicle to paying at the counter, the staff is polite and usually welcomes me with smile. Last but not least Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge provides free car washes if you buy a vehicle from them. I can go in anytime and they'll wash my car - even if I'm not getting any service done. I highly recommend Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
