They were very fair with my two tradeins and the price of the car that I bought there. I drove up from Atlanta, Georgia to do business with them and it was worst the trip. Bottomline, they did everything they said they would do and then some. The bumper on the car I bought has to be repainted after the paint did not match up. They stood behind their committment to make good on that issue. I would definitly recommend this dealership because everyone was very professional, courteous and helpful. I will do business with them again in the future. More

12 hours in the car with a family of 5, 88 degress outside and the air conditioning system on the fitz! Not a good start to the trip. We had a good idea of the vehicle we wanted (a used Garnd Cherokee) and they just so happened to have on ethat had recently been traded in. After hearing a very competitive price, I felt it was a deal to good to walk away from. The staff was very open and honest about a mechanical code that had been detected during check-out at trade in. They agreed to fix the transmission issue that existed for a minimal amount to me. In addition, they agreed to detail the vehicle, provide new floor mats and provide lifetime washes. It was a very low pressure sales approach and this is the one major factor that won my business. Being a salesman myself, I really appreciate the low pressure approach. More
This was one of the best and easiest experience for buying a car that I have ever had. There was no haggling back and forth with Management which turns buying a car into a much more stressful and time buying a car that I have ever had. Also, the first time we went to the dealership to browse, no one ran up to us and pressured us to purchase a vehicle. It was nice to be able to browse without pressure. Mark was knowledgeable about my Jeep and spent as much time as I wanted to go over all of its features. Amanda Schrider, Finance Manager, was awesome too. Her bubbly personality was a pleasure and she just happen to have a Liberty and a now a Cherokee and we spent alot of time talking about our experiences with both vehicles. The owner of the dealership introduced himself to me and made sure I knew who he was. This made me feel comfortable that I could contact him in the event I had any issues. The only reason, I gave them a 4 on quality of work is I found an empty water bottle under my seat and they left the lock box in my backseat which made me feel they only did a quick clean of my interior. This is my 3rd car purchased from LKN Chrysler Jee Dodge. More
I was interested in a new truck. I emailed back and forth with Mr. Salzman after he was referred to me. I went to look at it and was introduced to Nathan York. I have always had a negative mentality about salesman and car dealerships. I have to tell you my experience with Lake Norman Dodge has completely changed that. Nathan York, and all of Jack's staff are extremely friendly non-pushy very helpful individuals. I recommend if you are going to purchase a vehicle give these guys a try. Nathan goes way out of his way to get things done and puts the customer as his number one priority. I have to say the same about their finance guy Tony Zorn. He worked extremely hard for us. They are all a very big asset, not only to the dealership but to the customers of the dealership. I continued to be impressed with the customer service. Mark made this so easy for me. I've been buying cars for over 25 years and this was by far the best car buying experience that I've had. During the deal was informed of a $2000.00 special for accessory parts at no cost. Mark was professional and up front on helping me with my purchase. Amanda Schrider was great to work with on partial financing of my new car. Once the deal was done, Mark drove to Kernersville to pick me up in the new car and I drove back to the dealership for a good test drive of the vehicle and finalizing the purchase. I am more than satisfied with my new 2010 Dodge Challenger. My friends are impressed with the car and the deal I got. More
