I called this dealership after finding a hard to find vehicle that I was looking for and seeing that the vehicle was in transit to this dealership. I found a vehicle close to what I was looking for in Atlanta but after checking the web site one more time before closing the deal in Atlanta, I found exactly what I was looking for at Lake Norman. I placed a call to the dealership and asked for a sales associate. I was connected to Maggie Carrigan. I have never purchased an autobobile over the phone before, but Maggie made the experience a great one and one in which I feel that I got a very fair deal. See worked with me over the course of several days before finalizing the deal. She was very knowledgeable, professional and a great person to deal with. She never tried to exert pressure on me to conclude the deal, but rather worked with me in all that I asked. She was very good at getting requested information and returning calls. Once I arrived at the dealership, she took a lot of time, even though a special event was going on that day, to complete the transaction and tell/show me all about my new vehicle. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine. Once the sale was completed, I awas turned over to Tony Zorn to complete all of the financial paperwork. Tony, too, was very knowledgeable and professional and a please to deal with remotely. He facilitated the transaction by sending the information to me overnight to complete and return, He assisted in answering all of my questions to my satisfaction and dealt with all issues relating to the transaction. Both Maggie and Tony were a real pleasure to work with on this transaction. Upon arriving at the dealership, I received a tour of the very nice facility and meet a number of the people there. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am glad I chose this dealership to purchase my new vehicle. More

WOW, where do I begin? Several years ago we purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from LNCJ and were fortunate enough to meet Mr. Saltzman. He was great in helping us to wrap up a deal! We met Maggie and her smile right off...She was great in showing us what was available and test drives...the whole 9, no 10 yards...She went right to work on the details and, with the help of Craig Smith, Russell Owen and everyone working as "a dream team" got us into Finance where Tony Zorn went right to work. Tony was determined, once again, to get us the best deal possible and he did. These guys mean business. If you are in the market for an automobile, Why Go Anywhere Else? I know that the service department will be great and work with us as needed because the same personnell are still there! We are very happy with our new Jeep Liberty Sport and we can guarantee, if you shop with LNCJD, you will be happy also. They didn't use high pressure sales tehniques - rather just a straight forward approach to helping us find the vehicle we were looking for. I did a lot of research before I ever stepped foot inside the Lake Norman Dealership. Several reasons for this was because I was buying my very first car and wanted to get myself a good deal, and secondly, the Lake Norman Dealership. Several reasons for this was because I was buying my very first car and wanted to get myself a good deal, and secondly, I didn't want to get taken advantage of because I am a younger woman who went to shop alone. I would say that I made at least 3 trips over the course of 8 months before I went ahead and bought my 2010 Jeep Compass. I was kindly greeted my very first time at the LN Dealership, by KJ. I knew from the very beginning that if I ever went back to close the deal, I wanted no one else but KJ. He was never once "pushy", he had a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable in his line of work. Aside from outstanding service from KJ, the rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or belittled. The facility itself is very new and clean. They even have a small cafe area to get food/beverage if you ever had to wait on an oil-change or your free car wash, etc! I came to Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge with the expectation of buying a used vehicle if anything at all due to my credit issues. After talking with Mark he kept telling me that he could get me into expectation of buying a used vehicle if anything at all due to my credit issues. After talking with Mark he kept telling me that he could get me into a brand new Jeep at a decent bank rate and I still had my doubts. Well Amanda worked out great financing and I did pick out a Jeep but I wanted leather interior in it so Mark said that Frank Sparrow could order the leather that I picked out and have it installed with the deal. They did everything for me beyond my belief and everyone that I came in contact with in the staff treated me great. This is not your typical car dealer treatment, they are doing it right. I have bought two vehicles from them in the past before my Jeep and when I get my next Jeep probably a Unlimited I will definately come back here to purchase even though I live 40 minutes away.
