Took to my regular oil change place. He was able to tignten the oil drain plug 3 turns with his fingers. This could have been a very costly mistake by someone in your service dept. This fixed the oil leak problem. More

Everyone was friendly and helpful leading up to the actual purchase. I got what I consider to be a good price on the car itself, but was misled regarding all the "add ons" like environmental protection actual purchase. I got what I consider to be a good price on the car itself, but was misled regarding all the "add ons" like environmental protection (total nonsense) and other "warranty" type products. It's annoying enough to pay $700 for the usual nonsensical "doc" fee, but anything on top of that is just ridiculous. I did want the extended service contract (still don't necessarily trust Chrysler quality yet - just my own thing), but they're selling a 3rd-party product that's significantly more costly than even the Chrysler factory extended warranty. I am able to cancel that, so all is not lost. Just do the right thing and read all the fine print rather than taking them at their word...which I suppose is true of any car dealer these days.
