Salesman (Randy) was great. John also saw to it we had a snack when so much time had gone by. Issues #1. Took to my regular oil change place. He was able to tignten the oil drain plug 3 turns with his fingers. This could have been a very costly mistake by someone in your service dept. This fixed the oil leak problem. More

Both salesmen; Mike and Brian took MY needs and concerns into consideration and helped me find the right vehicle for me. Not at anytime was I put under pressure by either employees to purchase a vehicle. They both spent a great deal of time with me ensuring I was comfortable with the vehicle and the pricing of the vehicle. Brain went over the vehicle in great detail with the options and showing me the functionality of them. Brian and Mike were a pleasure to work with and are very personable. I will definitely recommend Lake Norman Jeep as the dealer to go to when thinking of buying a new vehicle. I will also highly recommend both of these gentleman as the salesmen to go and see. Excellent experience with this dealership. From the start at the initial internet inquiry, they were friendly and low pressure. Had a fantastic selection with many models and colors to choose from. Everyone was friendly and helpful leading up to the actual purchase. I got what I consider to be a good price on the car itself, but was misled regarding all the "add ons" like environmental protection actual purchase. I got what I consider to be a good price on the car itself, but was misled regarding all the "add ons" like environmental protection (total nonsense) and other "warranty" type products. It's annoying enough to pay $700 for the usual nonsensical "doc" fee, but anything on top of that is just ridiculous. I did want the extended service contract (still don't necessarily trust Chrysler quality yet - just my own thing), but they're selling a 3rd-party product that's significantly more costly than even the Chrysler factory extended warranty. I am able to cancel that, so all is not lost. Just do the right thing and read all the fine print rather than taking them at their word...which I suppose is true of any car dealer these days. Dealership repeatedly asked me to leave feedback here on dealerrater, so here it is. More
