The day I went back to the dealership, I met Andrew Sciramko and it's because of him that my feelings about the dealership are starting to change. Andrew was flat-out awesome to work with. I found him sympathetic with my issues with my new car and I also found him willing to go above and beyond his duties to satisfy me. He is a prime example of what customer service is all about and honestly makes Lake Norman CDJ look flawless. I honestly believe with his integrity and business-like structure, everyone in that establishment can learn something from him. He really bent over backwards to find us the right deal. The Finance Director Amanda and General Manager all went above and beyond for us. We had negative equity in our van. they all worked very hard to help us out of that and worked out a great deal. The added benefits this dealership offers too, like oil changes, tires for life, car washes for life, etc., and the added security of the Gap insurance, and other protections they offered really made us feel comfortable in our choice to get a car there. I rarely write reviews, but my wife and I can not say enough about everyone there! Everyone smiled and made you feel welcome. We did not leave with the car we originally wanted, but are very happy with what we drove off with. All because of the TEAM at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
