My experience with Willie Brown at Lake Norman was very good. I came in wanting to purchase the Town & Country limited in pearl blue but it had already been sold. But after Willie showed us the charcoal gray and all of its great features, he had me sold. Of course, I wanted to purchase the van for $3,000 less since it was a leftover. But, I guess my expectations were too great. And unfortunately, Willie told me I didn't qualify for the 0.00% financing. We spent a lot of time waiting for things to happen but, enough said, I love my van. I hope to receive the missing owners manual soon. The dealership showroom is beautiful and clean. We purchased a 1995 Jeep for our daughter, and this was her first car in over 5 years as she was involved in an accident walking across the street. Needless to say this was a very happy occasion for her. When we spoke to the car salesperson they indicated they would fix a few items for us. One was the roof lining where the material meets the front window. It had pulled away over time, and we were told to bring the vehicle back in to have it fixed along with a few other minor issues. We left the car the entire day and stopped to pick it up. When we looked in the car the lining was worse then when we left it, the lining had been pulled away from the sides and the lining by the front window was a mess. The person that sold us the Jeep avoided us knowing it was not done correctly. In steps Russ Owen, who took a look at the lining and said this is not right and we will make sure it is done properly. Come to find out this was not done by the service department, but a salesperson tried and fix it. My daughter was ready to cry, and Russ told her with compassion do not cry we will make it right. Russ, told my daughter to drop the Jeep off and he would provide her with a car to use since she lives in the University area. Russ was true to his word, and had the car fixed in one day just before Thanksgiving. We know it was never going to be perfect as it is a 1995 Jeep. Russ worked with my daughter, my wife and I as if the Jeep was a 2013 model, he wanted to make sure we were happy. Thanks to Russ and his efforts we are happy. This is the third (3) car I have bought from your dealership, and I will come back just because of Russ Owen. He is truly a professional and cares about his customers. He had the vehicle pulled up front and ready for us to test drive. He did not use hard pressure sales tactics but instead answered all our questions with expert knowledge. He was able to negotiate a great price for us on the exact vehicle we wanted. I had checked multiple dealerships regarding the same vehicle but Brian was able to negotiate the best price for us. We worked with Christina Bartolotta in Finance. She was both professional and down to earth. Christina was extremely knowledgeable of all the aspects in financing the vehicle and was able to negotiate a fantastic interest rate for us. Even though it was late on a Saturday evening, she was corresponding back and forth with the bank to get our interest rate down and was successful in doing so. One of my least favorite experiences is buying a new vehicle and I was dreading the thought of having to go to the dealer. I was happily surprised when I meet Tony at the front door and he made me feel vehicle and I was dreading the thought of having to go to the dealer. I was happily surprised when I meet Tony at the front door and he made me feel comfortable and at ease. We searched for the vehicle I had picked out via the internet site and we sat inside while Tony fully explained all the features and gadgets on the vehicle. Everything was done in a no pressure atmosphere and I was allowed to have any questions answered and take my time. The buying process was conducted in the same manner, no pressure and plenty of time to make up my mind. I purchased a Jeep Cherokee and when I got to financing and met Amanda, she was super and just as great making me feel comfortable. This was the first time I've purchased a new vehicle and I actually left the dealership and I was excited to have made the purchase. Thank you guys so much and I will be a customer for life. More
