For me, The thought of buying a new car was terrifying. I had spent close to a year researching and test driving every make and model in my price range. To add to my skepticism, I was convinced that all car salesmen were crooks or at the very least - not interested in my needs as much as their own. That said, the people that I worked with at Lake Norman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram went out of their way to make this a pleasant and effortless transaction. My salesperson, Willie Brown, was extraordinary. He patiently listened to me ramble on about my automotive needs/desires. He worked extremely hard to see that I received the best service and price for the vehicle of my choice - even going as far as to pick me up (not once but twice) to test drive the chosen auto. I chose a Jeep Patriot. The Jeep was better equipped than I had planned on and the transaction went extremely smooth, with terms clearly presented and accurately advertised. Willie was the best car salesman that I've ever worked with. He was always very polite and never pushy or overbearing. I can't say enough about how well I was treated at this dealership. They went above the call of duty to satisfy me as a customer. I highly recommend them. More

My review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram: (LNCJDR) As being past Chrysler and current (happy) two Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited owners, my wife had been looking for a Dodge Ram due to the 25 (LNCJDR) As being past Chrysler and current (happy) two Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited owners, my wife had been looking for a Dodge Ram due to the 250,000+ miles on her well loved Jeep and our current needs. She had decided on a Ram due to getting one as a rental during a vacation. After the many rentals we have had, the Ram was truly the only vehicle that we did not want to turn back in! Now that the time had come to look for a new vehicle, we had spent much time at other various well known local area Ram Direct Factory Dealerships, All of which had surprising few choices when visited. This led to their sales staffs desperation to attempt to sell us something other than what we were looking for. Not We then visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and found welcome relief! They were truly a welcome experience. After viewing their inventory, we found them not only to have, by far ,the most well stocked inventory of Rams, but also every model available from the Dodge Chrysler Jeep line. While there, we had the great fortune to meet Scott Houchins. First off, I must say that when compared to the other dealerships' sales people, Scott was the only sales person who didn't approach us with the usual "how much are you willing to spend or settle for?" routine or try to quickly categorize us. As we had many questions regarding the Ram line, Scott was instrumental in educating us as to the many specifications and advantages of choosing our Ram and for many reasons for making LKN our dealer of choice. We were very impressed the Scott and his organization. At the time, especially after having been quoted so many high prices from the other dealerships, we were very pleased (ok, shocked) with the low asking price and we were able to negotiate from there. We purchased a Ram 1500 Crew Cab Laramie with the help of Scott and Christina Bartolotta who was extremely helpful in obtaining financing. Christina and Scott are clearly experts in their fields and after meeting the owner Jack Salzman, it is clear to us that Jack choses the best people in the industry to be affiliated with his company and is dedicated to make Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram the premier dealership in North Carolina and beyond. Our experience with them was very calming, educational and professional. I never felt an overwhelming pressure to choose and buy something right then and there as I did with the other dealers and they were the only dealership that I felt glad to have visited when leaving after our first initial visit. To me, that in itself, was extremely telling. It is of utmost importance to me that I am dealing with a reputable, respected and dedicated factory dealership and left me with little wonder why they have continually achieved the #1 dealer award year after year. It's now been approximately 4 months later, we continue to have positive visits with them for oil changes and the free vehicle washes they provide. Their Service Dept. people are simply the best! We are still very glad to have found them and appreciate the fact they have a long term commitment to us to provide us with the best service and support possible.
