Surprisingly they didn't even blink an eye. We took care of all the paperwork through the internet and 1 day mail. They let my dad test drive the truck for me and once the truck was mine he was able to take home and bring it to me. The price was reasonable and much cheaper than anything out here in Arkansas! After dealing with several Chrysler dealers and not getting the deal I was looking for in price, I decided to email Lake Norman Chrysler and see what offers they had. Within 30 min of emailing them I received a phone call from one of the online car salesman Sam DeWitt. All I can say is from that moment on, the costumer service was above and beyond my expectations. He was friendly and was very pleasant to speak to. I told Sam I didn't want to waste his time or mine if I wasn't able to get the deal that I wanted. He was honest with me from the beginning and told me he would try his best on giving me the deal that I was looking for. Over the phone I told Sam the color I wanted and all the other information he needed to make this a smooth transaction. I made an appointment with him for the following weekend. I'm happy to say I left there with my new Chrysler! It was worth the hour drive from Greensboro. I would definitely return to Lake Norman Chrysler and recommend my friends and family. More

After a long discussion with my husband about what four door automatic car to purchase after our son was born he finally managed to convince me to get a Dodge Charger. We went looking at several dealerships in the Charlotte area but stopped in to Lake Norman Chrysler on our way to the mountains. The process of deciding on a car was very easy. Not to mention that since we dont purchase a new vehicle until 6 years old they had a great selection. Christine was very friendly helped us pick out the car with all the options he wanted and she explained all the safety items I wanted to know about. It took us about two hours to complete the whole process including chasing our son around the showroon (sorry y'all). The finance guy Brian was very gracious in helping us make choices on payments and rate etc. which he configured for our growing family. Granted my husband got the v-8 and I wanted a v-6 but I dont mind passing a few people in the process! Thanks again to all the great people at Lake Norman Chrysler.
