Our experience at Lake Norman Chrysler began the minute we entered the beautifully appointed showroom with Maggie holding open the door for us. We were made to feel by everyone at Lake Norman Chrysler that even though we were looking at a 2011 Jeep, we were top priority! From the minute we test drove our Jeep (yes, we bought it) to the minute we drove out of the parking lot, we had an exceptional experience. Poor car salesmen usually have a stigma attached to them; not at Lake Norman Chrysler! Instead of feeling like we had just had a "root canal" at a previous dealership, we came away from Lake Norman Chrysler like we had just had a "spa-like" experience. His product knowledge was outstanding, he answered all of my questions and demonstrated all of the Ram's features. I feel Carey helped me get the best deal on my new Ram 1500.
