One of my least favorite experiences is buying a new vehicle and I was dreading the thought of having to go to the dealer. I was happily surprised when I meet Tony at the front door and he made me feel vehicle and I was dreading the thought of having to go to the dealer. I was happily surprised when I meet Tony at the front door and he made me feel comfortable and at ease. We searched for the vehicle I had picked out via the internet site and we sat inside while Tony fully explained all the features and gadgets on the vehicle. Everything was done in a no pressure atmosphere and I was allowed to have any questions answered and take my time. The buying process was conducted in the same manner, no pressure and plenty of time to make up my mind. I purchased a Jeep Cherokee and when I got to financing and met Amanda, she was super and just as great making me feel comfortable. This was the first time I've purchased a new vehicle and I actually left the dealership and I was excited to have made the purchase. Thank you guys so much and I will be a customer for life. More

The support we received was low pressure and all about our needs. It was a day where a special was going on and we traded an old vehicle in the process. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tracy Sherrill was an excellent salesperson who was very friendly and knowledgeable. What impressed me most though was how on my first visit when I asked to drive the car, even though it was late in the day and I was only doing comparisons between other vehicles and wouldn't be buying that day, he stayed fully engaged through the process and continued to present both the car and himself with enthusiasm and professionalism. No other dealership I visited during this process gave me anywhere near that level of service and I was extremely impressed. Our F&I person Christine was also awesome and both she and Tracy worked very hard to give me the best deal on my new car with no back and forth haggling. The experience was very pleasant and they were able to give me an excellent vehicle at a great price. Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge is very fortunate to have these two gems on their staff.
