Being a single Mom with 3 daughters; 1 married, 1 in college, and 1 a competition dancer, I didn't have alot of time or money to put into finding a new vehicle. After alot of researching we went into The Lake Norman Dodge and Jeep Dealership and was greeted by Stephanie who introduced us to Brian. He was very friendly, sympathetic, and easy to talk to. He listened to all of the specifications I gave him(even my silly need of "GOOD" cup holders) and then showed me a few vehicles ...recommending a Dodge Grand Caravan...the Stow and Go! This van was very nice and seemed to fit all of our needs; my dancer has very long legs and needs alot of room, my college daughter hopes to be getting in the dorm next year and I will be needing to "Stow and Go" the seats to make room so that I can move her in, and my married daughter constantly drinks water in bottles or gigantic cups(we even brought one of her cups to make sure it would fit in the cup holders!). Seeing the price of the van I needed time to think about it so we left that day without purchasing the van. When we returned to look at it again, Brian was off and Stephanie introduced us to Maggie. She was just as great as Brian had been and was very understanding. Brian had suggested that we use the van for a night so I asked Maggie if this were possible and she proceded to work with Olbey to set us up. It was a wonderful adventure as I could get all 3 of my daughters together to check out the van, riding around, testing the cup holders, stowing the seats, etc. The next day when I returned the van, I was ready to purchase and Brian, Maggie, and Craig helped me; working together to get me the best deal ever, trading in my old van for the new one, financing, and even adding on running boards so that my Mother(79 years old) will not have a problem getting in or out of my new van! It has been several weeks now and my whole family is extremely happy with our NEW Dodge Grand Caravan(named Rupert)! I enjoyed my whole experience working with the friendly and courteous staff at Lake Norman Dodge and Jeep Dealership! More

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had for a car purchase. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day - just thought I'd start shopping (and was dreading the process). Very friendly dealership. There was not a lot of pressure from the salesman, but the financing was a different story. I felt like I wouldn't get the interest rate I was I promised unless I purchased a warranty of some type. Other than that, not a bad overall experience - I would recommend the dealer with the stipulation of watching the financing very closely. **** Update to my previous review (all 5 star ratings now) - I was contacted by the dealership and we resolved the outstanding issue with financing/warranty. I would highly recommend working with Russell as a salesman - he definitely deserves his 5-star ratings. I can now whole-heartedly recommend this dealer to my family/friends without worry. I would also like to say "thanks" to Amanda in the Finance Department for the callback and the excellent customer service. More

Our sales rep, Chris was excellent and we certainly wanted to buy from him. Unfortunately, the management team was not customer focused at all and ultimately forced us to look at other dealerships. They wasted our time, were unprofessional, condescending, and arrogant. We ultimately walked out of the dealership and purchased our new Jeep Overland in Hickory, where we were treated very well. By playing games and assuming our ignorance, they ultimately lost an immediate sale as well as our ongoing loyal business in years to come. It was truly one of the worse customer experiences of my life and I will gladly tell anyone I know that they should shop elsewhere. More
I have bought several cars in my life and Willie with Craig do a great job. His customer services skills are "OUTSTANDING" with a low pressure attitude when it comes to buying a car. He know his product. I live in Mt.Holly and pass by several dealership looking for my first Challenger. Which I may add that I had my own finance through my credit union. Willie and Craig had help me each and every way. Since then, I have bought two more. For the service that they offer is the reason why I keep coming back 100%. The one thing I want everyone to know is that Willie has always called me to just say hi or tell me Happy Birthday. The one thing he did was to check on me when I had my back operation. This is something you can't train someone to do. I wish everyone had a sale person like Willie. I consider him not a sale person, but a friend. Thank You More
Just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this location after my own car had finally bit the dust. I found what I wanted online and contacted them the night before . I contacted immediately and paid Chris Ellenburg (internet sales) a visit. The overall experience was very pleasant and pressure free. Chris was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Other sales people on site were also very friendly even though they were not directly dealing with you which was a nice change from other dealerships. I would definately recommend anyone in the market for a new or quality used car to visit this dealership. More

Also once everything was finished the owner Jack Salzman and the sales manager Obie Herrrera stopped by to thank me for my business that level of customer service is not seen often and was much appreciated. This is my family’s 4th Jeep from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and most likely won’t be our last! A VERY good experience!! More
