We have a special relationship with the parts manager Frank Sparrow. He goes into great detail as he explains the function of the parts and the availability for our vehicles. We know personally some of the technicians who explain what service the performed on our vehicles and what to expect from their work. They always point out problems that may develop later. You don't meet better people than Donna and Will in customer service as they greet us with a smile and explain our billing. Above all, we thank Jack Salzman the owner and manager for showing a personal interest with us as we service our vehicles. He always makes decisions to our satisfaction. The work is done correctly and in one instance when a faulty part was installed the corrective work was done with no hesitation or argument.
