I always go to Lake Norman Chrysler to get all services completed on my vehicles. When i come in for services, the first person I look for is AJ & if he is not around, I have no problem waiting for him to completed on my vehicles. When i come in for services, the first person I look for is AJ & if he is not around, I have no problem waiting for him to return. I trust him to get me in and our in a timely manner and he always comes through at every time. He doesnt try to sell me anything I know I do not need at the time and when I do need something extra, he explains to me why and takes me to my vehicle to show as to why I need that certain product. That right there is teriffic customer service. I highly recommend Lake Norman Chrysler for all serivce needs and I even recommend AJ more to address problems with your vehicle, because with him, you will get true honest customer service! More

Michael was extremely helpful in my process to find a car. He showed me the new Dodge Calibers. He had a lot of knowledge about the cars and could answer all of my questions. Additionally, he was extremely curteous and was very customer driven. After showing me the new cars, he took the time to show me the used Caliber on the lot also. His knowledge and patience allowed me to find a great car for me in a price that was great. After we reached an agreement on the price, he showed me around the dealership to where I would come for service and the waiting area. He introduced me to the people in the service area. Michael was so helpful and curteous. I really appreciated his customer service. It definitely made the overall experience more pleasant. More

JOHN DID NOT PRESSURE US AT ALL TO BUY OUR NEW 2011 BLACK JEEP WRANGLER. HE WAS A GOOD GUY TO DEAL WITH. ALSO THE FINANCE LADY WAS GREAT, AND SO WAS JEFF IN THE PARTS DEPARTMENT. I just bought a Jeep Wrangler from Mark Mosayebi. It was a wonderful experience. Even in the cold temperature and heavy snowfall, we looked through several cars on the lot, and then test drove 4 different a wonderful experience. From start to finish Mark was a wealth of information, with a friendly attitude and a no pressure style. Forget all those stereotypes you may have, this was an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend my friends to consider buying their vehicles from Mark. The other staff members were also always friendly and helpful, and the free coffee and cookies were nice too. The vast selection of vehicles on the lot was the hardest part since it made it more difficult to choose just one. And lastly I'm looking forward to the free car washes for life! More

I went there expecting to come back with a great car and a good deal and I believe that I got both! I purchased the Infiniti M35 and I am absolutely loving it! It drives great and it looks great. I'm very pleased. From the time that I contacted the dealership through their site, I was impressed. They have a good selection and the pictures and videos they use on the site for the cars is extremely helpful. I live over 2 and a half hours away from dealership but was impressed by the pictures of the particular car that my wife and I decided to go take a look in person the same day!
