Incredibly easy purchase of Certified 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Basically purchased the car via phone and internet, facilitated by Scott Houchins. I Purchased my very first Jeep from KJ on Saturday. He was straight to the point and very helpful. We were able to tell him what we wanted and at the price we needed and he got us there. I own a Wrangler and have received wonderful service from this dealer. Terry in service is an asset to the organization. I wanted to purchase another Wrangler Sahara and trade in my ford escape which was 18 this dealer. Terry in service is an asset to the organization. I wanted to purchase another Wrangler Sahara and trade in my ford escape which was 18 months old and in pristine condition and very low miles. I was offered such a low price on the trade in that it was insulting. Although I was treated courteously, the trade in offer was an insult. They offered me 17,000 on a year and a half old car that cost 34,000. This was brought to the attention of the owner who was on site, to NO avail. Don't get me wrong, it's a good dealership and wonderful service. But you can't rip people off on a trade in. I went to another dealer and bought my new Jeep at a competitive price. I have been a loyal Jeep owner for many years, they lost a repeat customer. More

Bought a 2011 Wrangler Unlimited a couple of weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and the selection of cars is quite good. Chris Davis was our salesperson. He was friendly, informative and patient. I went to the dealership on a Sunday and spent 4 hours there, trying to get some numbers together for both lease and purchase option. It was Thanksgiving week and a 35 minute drive took 90 mins (uggh). I had to return again on Monday (90 minute drive) to drop off my trade-in. Dealership paid off my remaining balance in full (which was a bit more than I expected). However, they did not drop the sticker price AT ALL. In effect, we had to finance more than perhaps another dealership would offer; but did not have negative equity. It worked for us. Was originally quoted a lease payment that was too high. Chris called back and said he had a "coupon" from the lease financing company - which would lower our monthly payment to an acceptable rate. The finance person at the dealership does no know of such a coupon. Chris did locate the exact car we wanted and picked it up from another dealer in South Carolina. I dropped off trade-in Monday evening and returned home in a "loaner" (same car) until I was able to sign paperwork on Wed evening. Got a call from Chris while at the office on Tuesday - apparently another salesperson sold the "loaner" I was driving and they needed it back right away. HIGHLY INCONVENIENT. They offered to bring my Wrangler to me, but I decided to go get it (another 90 minute drive). At home I attempted to put the soft top all the way down. The velcro tie-backs were missing. For a Jeep with a soft-top; that's not okay. On Wedsneday, had to return to the dealership AGAIN (90 minute drive) to pick up the car and sign paperwork. Took a long time, but always does. LOVE THE JEEP. Deal was okay. However, I would have at least appreciated a coffee mug or something for the annoyance of having to drive there four days in a row and the fact that I was expected to believe in an imaginary financing "coupon". I also found it rather inappropriate to receive four voicemails from John Railey reminding me that a dealership "bonus" is tied to this review. For most adults who have ever purchased a car, there is an awareness of how car salespeople earn bonuses. To spell it out for me just put me off and I don't care for it. More
