My fiance and i would HIGHLY recommend Lake Norman Jeep! We went out Sunday and were initally just looking. We drove a hour and a half...and yes....have 2 Jeep dealerships closer...but..would not deal with We went out Sunday and were initally just looking. From the get go he was GREAT! We test drove a Jeep Laredo...and then went into the show room to talk numbers. My fiance had a Ford Ranger that he had bought new and after the CarFax report came back found out that it had been damaged prior to him buying it...and he was never told....nice. The owner came over to talk to us...and he too was GREAT!! We spotted the Jeep Liberty sitting in the show room, and i questioned as to how it drove compared to the Laredo.... the owner asked..."do you want to test drive it". I thought that they would find a similiar one out in the lot....NOPE....out came the Liberty out of the show room. NEVER have we had that happen before!! The finance guy was GREAT....and...needless to say we now have a black Jeep Liberty sitting in our drive...covered by snow at this moment! :) We did take a hit on the ranger....but... the service that we got from these guys...and how good to deal with them they were made up for it!! I was looking at 2 vehicles, the Wrangler Jeep Unlimited 4X4 and a Used Range Rover. Obviously vehcles at either end of the spectrum. After our experience with K.J. He was incredibly professional, very polite and courteous. He did everything right and I hated not to buy a vehicle from him. I am in sales myself and know a good salesperson when I see one! He negotiated with me, and gave me his best price. He followed up and was very thorough. Unfortunately, I was pretty sold on the Range Rovers before we looked at the Jeeps. My boyfriend does still want a Jeep though, so if I ever am in the market for one I will buy from K.J. and I will recommend him to anyone in the market for the vehicles he sells. Give him a raise - he deserves it! More

The overall experience was great. I did feel it took quite awhile for the financial part of the purchase to be completed. We paid cash for the vehicle and it still took almost 30 minutes before the fin quite awhile for the financial part of the purchase to be completed. I stopped by the dealership to check out their inventory of Dodge Pickup trucks. After looking at a new one and knowing it was outside my price range Scott showed me a truck that just got traded in that wa of Dodge Pickup trucks. Scott showed my a very nice 2007 Dodge 1500 quad cab, Thunder road edition with only 11,500 miles, not to mention it was "Certified". I knew at that point that a truck like that would not last long on the lot. With Scotts help I was able to get close to the price I wanted on my trade-in (2005 toyota Matrix) and a deal was made. I delt with a lot of people there that afternoon, all were knowledable and helpful. When buying vehicles in the past I always dreaded going to see the Finance manager (aka. "Lienance manger"). This time it was no problem. There was no "upsale", no bulls**t. I signed the documents and I was done in under 2 hours with everything. They even let me drive the new vehicle home to bring back the title to my trade -in and my cash deposit the next morning, I must look trust worthy or something. When starting to talk about the vehicles and what I was looking for Tracy was extremely responsive to my questions to see what we can work out. When we were dealing with the numbers everything was in black and white. No gimmicks or tricks to try to confuse the actual purchase of the car. All costs/fees/rates were on the paper and clearly defined. No games/hassle and was extremely pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Tracy and the dealer to friends and family. He took the time, in the freezing cold, to explain the feature of the vehicle as well as asked what "I" was looking for...not what he wanted to sell us.
